I don't really know how the players plays under a manager that can't take blame when things are going south. He keeps using statements like "we failed to stick to the plan", which is quite annoying. If as a manager(which he is), and the players are not doing the needful, you shouldn't just stand and look at them and wait for the next game till you make amendments. Definitely, we all understand that it is a process, but ten hag should learn to take all the blames and support his players in every way he could.

To be honest, I feel united has got what it takes to play good football, but ten hag needs to support his boys in times like this. If he feels that winning a trophy every season is enough (which isn't bad either), he needs to change that mentality before it completely eats up the players' mentality.
