Ten Hag will not want to lose his job but if he loses it, it is not too terrible for him because he will receive money from Manchester United for last three years of the contract between them. After that, Ten Hag can find another club, get another job and get money too so it will be like he will increase his earning next three years if he gets sack by Manchester United. It's not too terrible but his CV will be damaged a little bit if a sack happens.
