When it comes to Dortmund and Sevilla, I also think that they are big candidates for winning the EL championship. But I see Sevilla being one step ahead of Dortmund in this competition for the championship. Because Sevilla are a much more experienced team in this tournament. Becoming the champions four times in last ten years should be enough to tell something about it.  Grin  But we really can't know what team can make it when it comes to the EL. Maybe we will have a very unexpected champion team.

If we're talking about Sevilla, that's understandable, but to mention Dortmund, given that there's also Napoli and Barcelona (albeit not in the best shape), seems strange to me. Besides, there are other teams in the Europa League, anything can happen and one of those teams will bounce back from a weaker one... So I agree with what you said about the surprise champion.

@baeva I feel we’re doing injustice to West Ham when we leave them out of the teams that can win this league, because they have performed exceptionally well in this league. Lastly I don’t see Barcelona winning this league, unless they get some quality player’s in the current transfer window, but even then their chances of winning this league will be very slim.

I don't know, if Barcelona start playing normally now (just in case the Xavi effect works), they might make it to 1/4-1/2, but of course I'm not sure about that... As for West Ham, I partly agree with you, but I think the other teams have a much better chance, although the Hammers have been playing very well this season

Barcelona are really unlucky that they have got a draw against Napoli right away. This should have been a matchup that we see in the next stages of the tournament. Because Barcelona are still not in a good shape, Napoli are seen as one step ahead. This is like it at least for now and it will be depending on Barcelona's effort. If they make things much better for themselves until this matchup starts, then we could watch a more competitive draw.
If i'm not mistaken their previous met happened on champion league season 2020 when Barcelona won with aggregate 4-2 and on that time Barcelona very strong with messi at the team but this year very different besides no messi Barcelona performance still unstable and not in the good shape under Xavi and on my prediction probably Napoli can able to beat Barcelona

I also find it difficult for Barcelona to win the Europa League, it's not that they don't have the conditions to do so - but they had to improve the team.

But I think the focus now is on recovering places in the La Liga league table.

The Europa League became a test, which of course will try to go far, but just to see what happens. If it goes well, if it doesn't, there's no problem.
Indeed, Barcelona does not seem to have the ability to be able to win this title with such a team condition, but that does not mean Barcelona have lost their chance at this UEL event. Anyway, I personally will still consider Barcelona here, because if Barcelona can win from Napoli and advance to the next phase then at least it will be a way that will be possible for Barcelona to advance to the final match, I think it's still possible.

Bookmakers estimate the chances of Sevilla to win in the sum of 2 matches against Dynamo as 1.26, and Dynamo's chances as 3.5. It is obvious that Sevilla is the favorite and I can even say that the bet on it looks profitable - 26 percent guaranteed profit.
Sevilla's chances of winning the Europa League are also high - they only lower to Borussia, which is considered the favorite, however, judging by the odds, several clubs can win the tournament and there is no clear favorite among them.
There is no clear favourite team for the Europa League title indeed as there are many alternatives. Sevilla, Barcelona, Napoli and Dortmund seem to be the biggest ones among them. Sevilla may not be the clear favourite but they seem to be a little more advantageous than the others I think. I claim this taking their successes into account. They are one of the most successful teams in the Europa League history. But we will see what they will do this time.
Right now every one is going with his own favorite as we have few top ranked clubs into this competition with Barcelona, Porto, Napoli And Dortmund but currently hype is around Sevilla due to their better results in past which is not going to work every time with covid19 is also having big impact on many teams performance and currently few other teams are also very serious about this competition with Dortmund it already announces they will try with full force for this year's title and Barcelona and Napoli are also other teams with big missions after coming out of Champions League. We have to wait for few rounds before having some clear outcome of this year's champion.

Saying it's a guaranteed win is always risky!

It's true that Sevilla are in a much better position to win the game. But, we are talking about football, just one bad night from Sevilla, or one very inspired night from Dynamo, and the result changes completely.
You are right nothing is guaranteed in gambling as we have one of the biggest upsets in cricket history Bangladesh vs New Zealand with odds of @13 Bangladesh win first match even New Zealand were at @1.10 and peoples were feeling it's free money all teams need to do some hard work even they are very strong.

Currently, we have too many teams in Europa League with ability to win this title this year and just going with odds is never been good Sevilla is having very good record but right now after dropping from Champions League Barcelona, Porto and Dortmund all can clinch title and go through but with Sevilla have some better luck here surely going favorite behind Dortmund. Barcelona vs Napoli is also very crucial match as any team can win and have good chance for this year's title.

If I'm not wrong, Sevilla has won the EL three times in a row and that is quite a big achievement. And if we compare the experience in EL, Sevilla will be quite ahead of Dortmund and experience does play an important role in these tournaments. I also wouldn't rule out Dortmund but probability-wise, I think Sevilla has the better chance.

Sevilla have everything to beat Dinamo Zagreb. In addition to his quality of play, as well as his experience in competition, he is halfway to making a good game. In addition, they are having an excellent domestic championship, being in second place in qualifying, with a big advantage over the third.

Even though I think that Sevilla this year is not a candidate for victory, I believe that this game they can overcome with some ease.

Dortmund and Sevilla are also the favourites for the Europa League title without any doubt. Dortmund have an easy competitor in the next round which is against Rangers. Rangers might be one of the best teams in Scotland but they don't have much chance against Dortmund in this matchup. Dortmund came down to this tournament but they might still be very eager to win the title here also. And Sevilla's opponent seems a little tougher. Dinamo Zagreb can make them difficulties especially in their home match. But Sevilla would still move on by eliminating them.
I personally assume that even though Dortmund have the opportunity to qualify from this round, but it seems Dortmund is still not good enough to be nominated as a title winner. Dortmund and Sevilla are currently looking good in their respective leagues, they are placing second in their respective league standings as well. This can improve the team's performance in this tournament of course, let's see how far Dortmund will go because I'm not sure Dortmund will make it to the final match.

I think Dortmund should sell Haaland too.  Due to the special clause in his contract, it is considered certain that he will leave the team at the end of the year with a very cheap transfer fee.  Europe's giant teams are already competing with each other to sign contracts.  He will have a big positive impact on the team he will go to in terms of offense. He is very young, he will sign a long-term contract.  I think there is even a possibility that Haaland will sign one of the most lucrative contracts in the world.

The problem will be the issue of UEFA's financial Fair Play, which has made teams better manage their purchases.
Barcelona are a good example of this. They even wanted to buy Haaland, but for that they will need to sell 2 players, in order to enroll players in the competitions.
Therefore, perhaps it is the English clubs that are in a better position for this contract. We'll see.

Now we have new generation of start players from soccer world, and surely he is one off most attractive in this market recently some good talk about him and his future plans he is also very addicted about this and most chances he will go in Spain with most chances Barcelona is going to have him for their team because with this they are going to have very strong attack few days back Barcelona President already announces about his desire for Haaland could be in their team even they are facing some serious financial issues, but they are trying to settle things and the surely they are going to have this star in their team.

With their recent form now many chances they will be into top 4, and they will have some better chances for going into La Liga with some good power in next season.

It is difficult to evaluate the strategy of Borussia, since we do not know what depends on what - whether it sells players out of a desire to make money, or whether it makes money by selling players from a lack of them. In any case, I'm sure Borussia has less money than Bavaria. As for Haaland, he himself inflates the hype around him - his performance is better than that of Ronaldo or any other player in his years.

I think the situation is already clear. Dortmund must sell Haaland. Not for financial reasons, Dortmund's balance sheet was relatively good compared to many other clubs in the last two pandemic years. But because Haaland has the exit clause and he will most likely pull it before the end of the contract period. Dortmund has already found a successor in Adeyemi from Salzburg. The club and the player are in agreement, only the amount of the transfer fee is still being haggled over.

Sevilla is a Europa League machine. I don't know how many players are still part of the squad that had an incredibly successful time in the Europa League, but they have the experience anyway. Dinamo Zagreb will have a hard time to play against such a defensively smart playing opponent.
