@owengtam09 Israel Adesanya did have a movie premiere during the recording of that vlog series of his and it is appropriately called Stylebender. The exact same as his brandname and his youtube channel.
They mentioned it will have an official limited release in Australia and New Zealand then eventually will be released via streaming on platforms such as Netflix or even youtube for purchase I would imagine.
He seems to be the new face of the UFC since they released him being on the box cover of the new iteration of UFC 5 video game a couple of days ago.

@cabron Israel did say he wanted a challenge and never submitted anyone before during the media day show yesterday.
So he might want to give it a try on Strickland just for the satisfaction of having an excuse of shutting him up. Due to all the stuff having been pent up inside since their last exchange during a press conference for a card they weren't even fighting each other on. It will be glorious if he does pull it off for sure!

@Ognasty I don't know anything what has been going on with Conor nor do I care. Because at this point he is doing whatever he is doing for the publicity and to seem relevant to the UFC while not even fighting. Which to me is just pointless of being a fighter who doesn't fight. Just wants attention for keeping their names in the headlines, so tend to just put him on blast of whatever he has to put up into the media as it is just putting more attention to a spoiled brat to me.
Just fight and no more whining, be a real man Conor!

What does interest me is this little gem of a video showing how Shevchenko is training in Thailand for her upcoming fight mid-month against Grasso:

‘I'll prove I’m the BEST’: FULL ACCESS to Valentina Shevchenko’s camp ahead of Alexa Grasso REMATCH

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efhV1j9ezLY

She looks like she can take on some male fighters from the way she trains. Like a lady killer as they have mentioned many times in this video.
Her coach does mention she only spars with men so she does have the strength to take those fighters on.

What are people’s thoughts on the pictures of Conor McGregor that came out over the weekend? At first I thought they were photoshopped. The guy looks massive. There’s no doubt to anyone that he’s been using steroids like crazy. Will he come down in size before his potential fight in December or will he show up looking like the Incredible Hulk?

Death by Israel - Tai Tuivasa. This is how he predicts the outcome of the main event.

What might happen if I have to look at possibilities in the cage between Izzy and Sean. Sean will be executing takedowns. since he can not outbox Izzy. But most of the time. it will just be unsuccessful in taking control of Izzy. It will continue til the 3rd round I guess or Izzy take control of Sean in response to the wrestling. Maybe a rare naked choke by Izzy.

UFC 293: Adesanya vs. Strickland

Now! this is a much-awaited event for sure and for sure a lot of these events are Juicy indeed, We all know that Sean Strickland did fight Alex Pereira and lost with just 2:36 mins in Round 1 but that is not going to happen against Israel Adesanya if Strickland could defend those strikes I know Israel Adesanya won against Pereira by playing possum while leaning on the fence and timing that clean punch while Sean Strickland is moving forward to Peraira so Alex immediately catch him, for sure Sean Strickland will have a different strategy against Adesanya,

While Co-Main Event will be very good aswell as Tuivasa is a great Bulldozer while Alexander Volkov is a technical fighter sure if Tuivasa still resolves with the same style and does not adjust it against Alexander Volkov then this is another defeat for Tai Tuivasa

I thought I am going to be happy with the upcoming Adesanya fight but damn the odds will make you a bit sad.

Adesanya @1.16 to win the fight. It's not that profitable. @5.80 for Strickland. I guess I will just try to enjoy the fight or wait for the KO and Submission odds and hopefully, they offer better profits.

Anyway, @rdbase thanks for the link to the Intense Final training session of Israel Adesanya before UFC 293.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WCLLGCzapg

Just watching it all will make you feel exhausted. Until the last drop, never stop punching.
But I love that they also have that mental preparation where they don't need to do anything. Just meditating with nature and the sound of the waves.
We could never say they don't work hard for it, they literally spent hours in training with an exhausted body and maybe some body aches afterward.

It was quite odd, and for sure if you have a high volume of money there is still a chance to profit but if not then it is likely to just enjoy the fight for sure, and just like you I also don't have that huge amount so I will just make my prediction and enjoy the fight for sure while this fight is a great one and for me I want to see the press Conference for sure Sean Strickland will have another trash-talking series against Adesanya for sure,

Alot of press happening for this fight and we have a media day so early in the week is nice to see since there has been buzz around it with the embedded series and vlog of Israel Adesanya doing the rounds since the last event ended.

Tune into the livestream in about an hour and half from now to tune into the show:
UFC 293: Adesanya vs. Strickland Media Day LIVE Stream - MMA Fighting

Seems that MMAFightingSBN by youtuber Ariel Helwani has received the privilege of having this and the weigh-in featured on his channel.
Also there is some noise going around that ESPN might be losing the UFC contract. But it hasn't been officially released any news on this from the media outlet yet.
So it is just that, noise ahead of this massive UFC ticketed event.

This is it UFC 293 is here for sure it will be another juicy content awaiting us and this is it Israel Adesanya's opponent should be Dricus Du Plessis but because of an undisclosed injury he pulled out of the fight so it was then changed to Sean Strickland for many this could be an easy win for Israel Adesanya but seeing how Strickland can do with his defense for sure that is why Israel Adesanya still needs to trained even harder, well I can surely say that Sean Strickland is not a dangerous fighter for Israel Adesanya but he could definitely win against Adesanya at some point and Israel Adesanya don't surely want to make that change of Strickland have a huge advantage in him for sure Israel Adesanya would likely need to enhanced his penetration towards that defense of Sean Strickland if he does that then this fight is as good as a win for him, just like what Alex Pereira did to him, but that would need to be precise and fast,

The Co-Main was the Heavyweight Beer shoe drinker Tai Tuivasa against the Dragon Alexander Volkov, It was surely a great fight but what I wanted to see was Justin Tafa vs Austen Lane a striker for sure Justin Tafa is a pure heavy striker against a heavyweight with a build of a Light heavyweight that has a ground game for sure the Tyson Pedro, Carlos Ulberg, is a great fight to behold for sure,

Good predictions for those co-main and the main event!
Namajunas didn't wear the new weight well enough so she could execute her patented moves like she did in those previous fights.
Going up a weight-class didn't improve anything for this type of fight because she couldn't use it to her advantage. In not scoring one takedown in the entire fight so assist her in a submission attempt or enabling her getting to full mount for a ground and pound towards Fiorot was the more muscular fighter out of the two.
Disappointing loss and now Manon Fiorot is going to wait for the Shevchenko vs Grasso fight during the Mexican Independence day UFC event happening later this month in order to see she will fight next for the title.

For the main event with Gane vs Spivac it was a dominant performance from the Frenchman.
At one point in the second round it looked as if Spivac broke a rib on his left side from one of Ciryl's punches to the body since he wasn't even trying to defend his punches to the face anymore and was trying to cover that side of the body instead.
You can see a lump sticking out and from that point on it didn't look as he was moving too good and was noticeably in pain.

Also something good to see was that all french fighters won in their home country's UFC event!

Thug Rose surely can not make use of her speed for this fight that has caused her the loss Sure the Weight difference was Manon Fiorot's advantage and she kept on capitalizing on that advantage in defending the takedowns and had heavy striking even though the Speed is not for her I think Rose Namajunas shouldn't brawl so much against Fiorot and uses the boring way against Manon Fiorot just to be safe because Rose Namajunas can surely not compete with power for me she should have stayed in the Strawweight because that is where she builds not for the Flyweight division but even though she has beaten Zhang Weili 2 times Namajunas can not underestimate Weili now that she becomes champion because Zhang Weili is a different evolve fighter now than with the 2 times they meet inside the octagon,

Ciryl Gane VS Serghei Spivac - WIN

Cyril Gane is truly an unbelievable fighter for being a Heavyweight who is moving like a Light Heavyweight, You can not see that mostly on heavyweights for sure Jon Jones can move like that because he is naturally a Light Heavyweight while Tom Aspinall in his recent fight has shown a glimpse of his training, and has managed to move like a Light Heavyweight, for sure Serghei Spivac now has regret in getting into Ciryl Gane without adjusting that much surely he is thinking that because of wrestling he can have a fighting chance against a Striker like Ciryl Gane because watching the fight Ciryl Gane just likely played with him,

Manon Fiorot VS Rose Namajunas - WIN

Even though Rose Namajunas has some great combinations with these fights we can see which fighter has the build height and range towards the fight We can see that Rose Namajuna's takedown was really weak so Fiorot defended that easily, for sure she has gone with the Flyweight Division thinking that she will get the belt in this division 1st for sure she has tried this division without thinking, considering or even closing the gap with her opponents build 1st before trying to fight in this division, and thinking that the Flyweight champion will be easy for her because she already defeated Zhang Weili 2 times, for sure Rose Namajunas is not on the right path at all,

Before the fight starts here are my picks and predictions for the Fight Night Gane VS Spivac

Ciryl Gane VS Serghei Spivac

For this fight, Cyril Gane has come into a terrible loss against Jon Jones sure his wrestling is still questionable up to this day because that will surely determine if he can defend the takedowns and submission of Serghei Spivac, and we all know what Spivac can cause and by that fight against Derrick Lewis he indeed showcases a great submission technique, but for me, I guess the advantage of Cyril Gane is all in his speed, while his wrestling was questionable for sure he likely have those and we still don't see it, but for this fight, I am going with Ciryl Gane,

Manon Fiorot VS Rose Namajunas

For this fight, Rose Namajunas is certainly has a record of a zebra pattern lately and not looking good for sure I really doubt her strength and power in her striking if she can hurt Manon Fiorot in this fight, while Fiorot is returning as well her consecutive victory was really superb, her takedown defense and her Striking it was flawlessly Strong and Rose Namajunas debut for the Flyweight is likely hard for her so my pick for this fight is Manon Fiorot,

Pretty much most of the fights in this event are amazing we got so many great finishes of KO/TKO and Submission wins for this event,

Ciryl Gane vs Serghei Spivac - LOST

It was a loss for me I thought that Serghei Spivac could have the speed that can surpass Gane because if he did I thought that he could easily take the fight to the ground and from that surely give a short fight to Ciryl Gane but it ended up with an easy win for Ciryl Gane, that speed of Ciryl Gane has proven that he is still a threat for the Heavyweights that are not adapting and still have the aggressive way of fighting in the Heavyweight Division so it was a great win and a lost for me because I have go with Serghei Spivac,

Manon Fiorot vs Rose Namajunas - WIN

The only win I got for sure is Rose Namajunas Physique has proven that she has problems against Manon Fiorot for sure and it was shown in this fight that Rose Namajunas going into this division has a big problem and that is the big difference with their Physique for sure Rose Namajunas is blindly going into this fight and thinking she could beat Zhang Weili again when she gets back at Strawweight Division, which is a wrong approach

Benoit Saint-Denis vs Thiago Moisés - LOST

Actually, I thought this could be a close fight and that Thiago Moises would be dominant on the ground but Saint-Denis is controlling him on the ground giving Moises a beating on the ground, for sure I surely underestimate the tenacity of Benoit Saint-Denis against Thiago Moises because the one that I have really known was Moises and I am aware of his ground game, but it is likely all for Benoit Saint-Denis wins,

Rose Namajunas has mental and psychological issues. I reckon her long break and her absence from the octagon was very much needed to have her mentally present during a fight. Did you watch her vs. Carla Esparza? She did nothing! She was not 100% mentally in the fight.

On Cyril Gane and Serghei Spivak, it appears the Moldovan is very much underestimated by the bettors hehehe. It might end with a submission or a technical knockout. I am quite certain that this fight will not go to a decision.

It was really hard for her to win against Carla Esparza at that time for sure she was not herself when that fight was happening actually it was one of the most boring fights ever in the history of UFC, and Rose Namajunas thought that she was Israel Adesanaya she just keeps on evading the strikes of Esparza and not Committing to the strikes which is not what Israel Adesanya was doing at all, and Confusing enough Rose Namajunas though that she was winning the fight she didn't though that the fans was booing her,

My picks and predictions for the UFC Fight Night: Gane vs. Spivac

Ciryl Gane vs Serghei Spivac

For this fight, Ciryl Gane was the favorite to win but for sure they are underestimating Serghei Spivac, I will surely look at both fights against Tai Tuivasa, for Ciryl Gane got a hard time with Tuivasa actually Gane's speed is pretty much notable against Tuivasa but his striking is not that hard-hitting against and there is a time that Tuivasa knockdown Gane's with his overhead punch but Ciryl Gane recovered quickly but for sure that technical striking prevail over Tai Tuivasa's aggressive striking, by Knocking Tuivasa on Round 3 while Serghei Spivac, goes on the takedown, and Spivac has shown his strength with his takedown, and from the top he has elbowed Tuivasa that made him bleed then goes into submission that led to Tai Tuivasa's to fell asleep, on round 2, for sure the wrestling game was pretty much effective so I am going for Serghei Spivac,

Manon Fiorot vs Rose Namajunas

Manon Fiorot's striking was pretty much intense and what is notable from her was her power and overpowering the likes of Tabatha Ricci and Mayra Bueno Silva that is likely a submission artist her takedown defense was superb indeed for those fights while Rose Namajunas Striking was pretty much was technical but her last fight was really awful so going into the fight I think that Rose Namajunas will surely have a hard time against Fiorot for sure and even though she got some takedowns Manon Fiorot will just likely deflect her, so my pick is Manon Fiorot,

Benoit Saint-Denis vs Thiago Moisés

For this fight both got a submission game, BSD is really a beast his striking is Superb as well and his BJJ is solid enough to make a great finish but Thiago Moises for me got a level on BJJ like a Khabib Level of BJJ, so for me if there is a level of Khabib on his submission that would likely will surely win in my opinion, so my pick is Thiago Moises,

Namajunas is known as a thug for a reason so you just can't fade her being away for an extended length of time. Her form is timeless and the training she has done makes diamonds from glass.
Just watch this mini film I just found of when she was going up against Joanna:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=US3Im0iWdLU

Actually my favorite fight of hers was when she fought Michelle Waterson-Gomez back in 2017 remember the Karate hottie:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mfj_4AcKYpk

Actually, 2 of the fighters that I love watching were Rose Namajunas and Michelle Waterson but sadly Michelle Waterson-Gomez had many losses from her 29 matches 18 was a win and 11 were lost, The last fight was on April 8, and it was not a good fight for her,

While Rose Namajunas in her comeback if she gains muscles from her leave then I think that fight is much easier for her, and up her grappling department more she could be a crowd favorite, actually I am doubting her right now because of that long inactivity she has but will surely look at this fight for sure if she can become a champion

Namajunas still has it. She is still young and despite the long break, the skills won't fade that easily.
Like Zhang, Fiorot can knock her out once Fiorot can land a solid punch but as long as Namajunas has the agility she can get in and out quickly like she always does. This will be her strategy because Fiorot can strike with KO intention. Namajunas throw a combo and takedown if she has an opportunity and if she sees Fiorot is not back away, she'll get out quickly.

I think the fight will last til the 5th round because of this

We all know that Rose Namajunas is a technical fighter but power is not really included in her arsenal if she gains body mass or gaining enough muscle then she can utilize that in her submission game, it was a really long break so she must gain that by doing some training and lifting, what is deadly abut her was her kicks and not her punches so for sure she would try those kicks for sure,

Rose Namajunas has mental and psychological issues. I reckon her long break and her absence from the octagon was very much needed to have her mentally present during a fight. Did you watch her vs. Carla Esparza? She did nothing! She was not 100% mentally in the fight.

For sure that long break was really needed in recovering from injuries but from a Mental issue that break is not really enough, for sure Rose Namajunas really ready and aiming for the belt for this Division She will then fight Grasso in the future if Alexa Grasso won on her rematch against Valentina Shevchenko that was a decent fight for sure,

Or she could fight Shevchenko after this.
She's given the fast track to the belt in the division but this is if she wins. The UFC is not giving Namajunas vs. Zhang 3, Dana won't like the effect of it if they lose the Chinese audience.

We're too ahead of this though. We;ll be disappointed if she loses against Mannon, she is also one heck of a volume striker in a man's body. She got the winning momentum.

Agreed with your assessment of the Namajanus vs Fiorot fight @owengtam09
It will come down her grappling because she can not stand there and just exchange punches or those strong side-kicks of Manon at all.
She did look more comfortable at the 125 pound weigh-class and not looking emaciated or drawn out like she has looked prior to a weight cut. So maybe she will produce more of a competition now compared to her last fight with Esparza.

Here are my selections for this UFC Fight Night 226 which happen at around 15 minutes from now:

More excited for the fight next week but I guess I will also be watching this Saturday's match.

After Ciryl Gane lost to Jon Jones at UFC 285, this is a good way to return to the Octagon and prove he ain't that weak to be ended that quickly. Round 1 was when Jones got him but I do believe those fighters who have lost mostly come back stronger.

Here is the fight preview.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZYW92R-t_0

And here is the odds for the main event.

Ciryl Gane - | Winner @1.54 | By KO @2.57 | By Submission @8.80 | By Decision @6.40 |
Sergey Spivak - | Winner @2.43 | By KO @6.20 | By Submission @5.00 | By Decision @7.60 |

Notice the difference in Submission. Spivak is the favorite in that area and I think he will try to do it just like Jones did.
Analysts may be thinking that Gane will lose at the same method again. At least, Spivak is favored on one part of this betting odds.

Looking a lot like we’re going to see a Sean O’Malley defense on the night of Conor McGregor’s return to the octagon. How awesome of a fight night card would that be? I don’t care who they’re fighting or how bad they look, I’m taking O’Malley and McGregor together and hoping for an all time classic UFC event. Hopefully in December.

That could be great but for sure Conor McGregor needs to first be approved by USADA before he can fight anyone in the UFC, but likely Michael Chandler is the promised fighter he would fight 1st, but if there is a chance that McGregor could fight Sean O'Malley then for sure that will be one epic fight as both are utilized and is a pure striker,

Just watched the fight between Manon Fiorot and Tabatha Ricci and she does have punching power. That was two years ago but that kind of skill just doesn't go away and she has only one loss on her record.
Was a Rose Namajunas fan for quite awhile but that was before her last fight against Carla Esparza which took the wind out of her sails.
Don't know if it was her suffering exhaustion physically but she just didn't move in that fight for what she was known for in the past.
This one I am looking forward to see if Rose can come out of these problems and return to the old Namajunas we all have witnessed in those amazing fights such as @jakelyson has mentioned against the current champion Zhang Weili.

Gane vs Spivac should be a grappling matchup and see it either ending in a submission or a decision.

I don't know about Manon Fiorot but if Rose Namajunas was hit by those punches then she would have gone cold for sure, because Rose Namajunas is a technical striker I doubt that Fiorot could likely win with power alone, for sure Namajunas will combo with kicks and punches for sure, but because of that long break she had I really don't know if she improves or not so this is really not a great time in getting to bet for her, for sure we might go into this event blinded,

Gane and Spivac might end up with a Submission or a Decision, it will truly depend on how well these two fighters did with their improvements, for sure Upon being defeated with wrestling and submission Ciryl Gane would likely have caution with wrestling and submission or this is just my wish,

I think the fight will last til the 5th round because of this
Spent more time on this match-up then any other fight before.
Watching footage, predictions, differences in fight style encountering past opponents.
It seems that nobody really knows what to expect in this one since Namajunas will be up in a weight-class moving from straw weight to flyweight.
So fighting with that extra 10 pounds will change her fighting style in uncertain ways.
It will definitely make her slower and getting older does do that to everyone. So I don't expect the old Rose in there against Fiorot.
Actually Manon will feel stronger since she just fought a larger opponent in her last fight so seeing Rose in there she will feel like the beast.

Many have also said if Namajunas doesn't get a knock out in the 1st round then it won't happen and she will get worn down.
Because Fiorot is not easy to take down and I believe she has only been taken to the mat once in her career in her first fight from what I heard from the reviews before the pre-press conference happening soon.
Maybe wait until the weigh-ins to see how Namajunas looks putting on that extra weight and if she looks any stronger. Which I have doubts she will.

There has been two fights on the card that have been changed. One earlier in the week and the other today:
Taylor Lapilus vs Muin Gafurov(had to withdraw due to visa issues) replaced with Caolan Loughran
Lucas Almeida vs William Gomis(withdrawn due to medical issues) replaced with Yanis Ghemmouri
