Those are some good observations and predictions for how the main event is going to go.
Korean Zombie has said this will be his last fight. But what happens if he wins? Go out on a high note just like Lawler did for his retirement fight?
I just don't buy it.
There was some talk amongst the podcast crew over at MMAFightingonSBN earlier today and they are guessing if he does pull off the major upset (KZ @5.60 last I checked) then he could continue on and fight Dustin Poirier. That would be a better way to end a career instead of losing on another aging fighter like Max Holloway.

As for the fight going the distance, I chose for it to be over before that happens with my fight acca for this weekend in Singapore:

Here are the odds and all markets available for this fight night on the 26th:
https://sportsbet.io/sports/mma/ufc/ufc-fight-night-holloway-vs-the-korean-zombie/matches

For sure that is his main objective I think he is saying that because he knows the skills of Max Holloway, as we can see his movement so this is a real test for the Korean Zombie For sure he knows what Max Holloway can do that is why he is saying this, now Korean Zombie got a new style right now because he doesn't have a reliable chin anymore he needs to adjust if you look at the past fights of The Korean Zombie he doesn't care about defense but after his chin Crumbles he moves on and chance that Style with a more technical approached and now defending and evading,

Actually, the fight that made the Korean Zombie more broke was the Alexander Volkanovski fight Here is the clip, Zombie was the favorite of the crowd and was chanting his name in this fight but surely Volkonovski got a great game in this fight and he is surely fast in this fight for sure this fight is a real opener for the Korean Zombie, here is the link

Yes @YuginKadoya watched the videos about how Cejudo was giving Aljamain advice on how to fight Suga Sean. Which I found rather hilarious because in a later video by the same creator on his youtube channel explained how they both had a gameplan for beating him, but they both failed to capitalize on it and got beat themselves.

Anyways, it seems that reality is beginning to set-in for Aljo and he will be moving weight classes and Suga already said he has no interest in fighting him anytime in the near future. He has his own plans and is looking to advance his career and not have others dictate on what he should do. Hence the shout out to go boxing next. O'Malley already has one boxing match under his belt back when he first started his journey into fighting professionally.

Next we have the UFC going to Singapore for Fight Night 225.

I have seen the video as well I don't know if it was Henry Cejudo's gimmick to show something like this that should be left private but it surely connected to what Sterling was saying in the interview he kind of knew the gameplan was he ditched that because of the crowds booing him and disliking his performance for sure he badly wants the fans approval, for ditching his game plan he blew it all out underestimating Sean O'Malley like that in the striking he should have pursue with the takedowns because that is where he is good at, but like I have said it is too late for him to do something it already happened,

So close to the next event in Singapore! Even their media day videos are just trickling in a few minutes ago.

For sure the Korean Zombie is the fan favorite in this part of Singapore, but Max Holloway is a big favorite with the Sportsbet odds, and for sure the Zombie will have a hard time against Max Holloway for sure in the past KZ doesn't have a good chin anymore and for sure he is now 36 years old to the younger Max Holloway that is only 31 years old if Jung Chan-sung lost in this match he surely need to think to lay off his gloves for good,

And WOW Erin Blanchfield! I thought that the Erin Blanchfield fight was the only female fight but after seeing Tapology again there is another one, but for sure I am going with Erin Blanchfield in this one she is very well-rounded and has a good Grappling style for this fight, but in that interview she was asked if who is she prefer to fight Valentina Shevchenko or Alexa Grasso, and she said that she will eventually might fight both of the fighters in the future so why choose, but for sure Erin Blanchfield will be a great fight for sure,

I heard that Korean Zombie is thinking about retirement if he does not perform good against Max Holloway this weekend.
This is never a good mental state to have before a fight, but maybe this could be just one more Zombie smart tactical move.
He is few years older than Holloway but he had less professional fights and he has few tricks left in his sleeve.

I think best bet for me is fight going to distance, odds are great and I think we are going to see all five rounds:

https://sportsbet.io/sports/event/mma/ufc/ufc-fight-night-holloway-vs-the-korean-zombie/holloway-max-vs-jung-chan-sung-64a2f1c985dbd5d6dddaf5b0

For sure the Distance would be a good bet, but that is for the past Korean Zombie because I don't trust KZ's chin right now, over the past that chin of his have become brittle and now that he age for sure it is not tough enough to withstand a punch anymore, for sure it is not a good mentality going in the fight with that kind of thinking so for sure Max Holloway is going to win this,

It seems like Henry Cejudo wants something from exposing the DM's to the public, it looks like to me that Henry Cejudo wants to say hey look at me the champion Aljamain Sterling is looking for some advice from me, Cejudo didn't really need to get it publicly because it could be a never for him for exposing that but it is what it is for me I want to see Marlon Vera VS Sean O'Malley next striker vs striker would be a great fun fight to watch in my opinion,

Actually I really think Sterling knows his game plan but that have crumbled when the crowd booed him the crowd doesn't want Sterling that is why he said in the interview that he wants to shifted his gear and wants to be great in his one, his game plan dropped on the side and goes to O'Malley trying to catch him and becomes aggressive in that fight that O'Malley have caught him it was really Aljamain Sterling fault he underestimate O'Malley and was affected by the crowd that cost him his lost,

Here is the next event for the UFC and it is UFC Fight Night: Holloway vs. Korean Zombie so the new comers for this thread will see,

For sure another event was settled and this is a great one indeed, full of great fights for sure but a great event will surely come to an end and as another new one has come, in this next event the Blessed will now face The Korean Zombie in this fight night,

Actually I missed the rest of the event right when Chito Vera's fight started. Fell asleep at that point so had to rewatch the entire card from that point on.
I guess Suga Sean was right, he is a boring fighter and that fight doesn't count on his record.
His only loss being 9-1 in the UFC.
Sean O'Malley tells Stephen A. what's next after beating Aljamain Sterling at UFC 292

Watched his rise up from the ranks starting from the Contender Series was a really interesting watch:

This was a good one to bring some thoughts of who should be up in the next episode of The Suga Show:

I really can not blame you if you looked at Marlon Vera as a boring fighter because of his style, because at the beginning of every fight he has, he is looking for an opening and how he will get into his opponent 1st, there will be less engagement towards him, that is why Marlon Vera is one of the boring fighters on the UFC, but as I am saying in my recent post that I like Marlon Vera for sure his style is more technical than O'Malley and forme seeing his style against Pedro Munhoz he got a great defense with the punches and every time Pedro would punch Chito will Parry it then counter, and his fight with Pedro Munhoz, in my opinion, is one of the best there is although those kicks from Munhoz Chito is not checking them as a fighter that utilizes kicks he should know how to defend those kicks aswell but I got my theory about it he can not check punches and kicks at the same time, which is he is still adjusting,

I guess you are a fan of O'Malley well I have seen a hilarious video commercial of him of Timex here it is
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/7L_vAKrFc3s

And a Hilarious Spinning deadly move from O'Malley against Pedro Munhoz,
https://youtube.com/shorts/Tl7urfQChkQ?feature=share

And lastly his insane training video
https://youtube.com/shorts/qGlbtGAB5hE?feature=share

Now I know why you love Sean O'Malley so much, but kidding aside Henry Cejudo predicted that Sean O'Malley will counter Aljomain Sterling and he also give some advice to Aljo before the fight but Sterling didn't follow his instructions because for sure Aljomain Sterling got that ego he is thinking that I defeated Cejudo why would I believe in him, so Aljo Lost in that fight, and Henry Cejudo also think Chito Vera is a boring fighter but against O'Maley he is predicting that Marlon Chito Vera will win that fight, O'Malley wanted a rematched against Marlon Vera so for sure the UFC will give him that here is the video

It appears Suga Sean also wants to receive more money in his purse that he will never earn in the UFC hehe. He mentioned in an interview that he wants to challenge Tank Davis in boxing after defending his bantamweight championship. He did not mention a date, however, I speculate this might be on 2024 if he is allowed by uncle Dana hehehe. I predict that he will be allowed.

I’ve seen a lot of people online discussing why the UFC decided to make Sean O’Malley’s knockout public in a clip for everyone to use right after the fight. This is a bit of a departure from the norm and maybe a sign the sport is normalizing a bit. Perhaps the days of pay per views are nearing an end and a huge network broadcast deal is on the horizon.

For sure there is no stopping people from getting a clip people are surely great at finding ways in getting their hands on some clips that are still prohibited outside but surely there are people that are pretty much good at hacking things so there is that maybe they will normalize a live broadcast online and make it profitable with advertisers because PPV might surely meet it entire demise in the near future for sure

Speaking of the Marlon Vera VS Perdo Munhoz fight surely many didn't see what really happen in the fight between Chito Vera VS Munhoz because Joe Rogan and Daniel Cormier kept on seeing false punches from Pedro Munhoz that Marlon Vera didn't feel at all, and those Commentators are one-sided and not seeing what is really happening inside the octagon Marlon Chito Vera has a great defense he keeps on parrying punches of Munhoz but you can not see it because it is subtle, and those commentators are just noticing Pedro Munhoz and what is Munhoz was doing so many believe that it was a robbery because Marlon Vera really won that fight

^ Nice! I’m glad I didn’t bet this fight because I didn’t think that Sean was going to pull out a win. He came through though in fantastic fashion with a crazy right counter. Impressive how much power he has for how skinny he is. I am a fan of O’Malley but I had my doubts as to whether he’d be a champion. Congrats to him.
The counter punch was always his plan for this fight and even said during the post fight interview, this was how it was to go and the only way he was going to win. He did reveal if it did go to ground he was not prepared for what would happen next since he was suffering from something on his side. But knew if he did, Sterling would attack on that fact and completely compromise himself during  the fight.
Congratulations to those who knew Sean O'Malley is a tactical fighter and not just throwing his punches without thinking it through. Just as Aljamain did when he over reached on that one punch which was his last decision he made.
People ended up getting the Suga Show by KO @4.90x right before the fight began so good on them.

The UFC did put the knockout on their youtube channel but it didn't matter to them as it was more like a promotional video for the entire UFC. They rather have the global appeal than the ppvs as they made enough to write off a potential 1000s more if they wanted too. As Dana White had mentioned during the post fight interview. Zhang's clip of her fight reached 1.85 billion views in China within not even a 24 hour period.
So I would think Dana is thinking of bring the UFC show back there for a match between the top two Chinese fighters as the main event.

Not very satisfying to watch that Yan vs O'Malley fight because of it. To some fighters, Suga will be done already for giving up his back. Yan is just not a wrestler but doesn't have the choice because Sean has the reach advantage.

@rdbase Didn't see that hundred-dollar bet on whoever has the first takedown but Aljo hastily going for it will really get the hard knee for trying. Now that Aljo knows Sean is prepared, he will takedown him probably every time he throws a jab. Grabbing just one leg is enough for Aljo.

Not a satisfying site at all Petr Yan is not really a wrestler for sure but he adjusted just for O'Malley he still lost due to O'Malley out-striking him in the process and surely that reached the advantage of Sean O'Malley has been used again this time a counter right punch to the face of Sterling, that Rock him hard

I also didn't see the video aswell but there is no successful takedowns for Aljomain he surely got 2 takedown attempt but it is not successful,

And we are right on the spot with our prediction @rdbase.
Rawr.

Just waiting for my bet to be settled.  Wink O'Malley gave us some money.

That counter punch was damn perfect. Sterling knew it will hit him and tried to brace himself when I saw it in slow motion. But he cannot stop it anymore and all he can do is try to survive but SugaSean didn't give him a chance to recover and the referee finally stopped the fight.
That must be so sweet of a win for the new champion. Oh and all the respect for Aljo for not complaining with the referee. He knew he was done the moment he was hit by the right hook.

Congratulations to all who took the risk of betting for Sean. Yummy treat.

Nicely done congrats to both you and @rdbase for making your win I was really blinded by the way Aljomain Sterling wrestle for sure I always believe that Wrestling is the weakness of most strikers but surely there are some strikers that can surely carry themselves in the face of a wrestling opponent and Sean O'Malley have proven it,

Result on my bets and prediction that I posted on the other thread,

Man surprised about the Main Event actually but here is the result of my pick and predictions

Aljamain Sterling VS Sean O'Malley ROUND 2 KO/TKO - LOST

I was really frustrated about the result of this event and was surprised by O'Malley's improvement surely the Pink Poodle has become a Pink Tibetan Mastiff in this fight and I never expect with one punch Aljamain Sterling will be caught by that 1 punch by Sean O'Malley, it was really an elaborate play for O'Malley we can see that his long reach was an advantage and was used during the counter punch that Led for Sterling to be knockdown, we can also see that Aljamain Sterling didn't attempt many takedown because O'Malley have suppress him from doing so,

Weili Zhang VS Amanda Lemos ROUND 5 DECISION - WIN

Zhang Weili completely dominated Amanda Lemos from start to finish Lemos's body kick got caught by Weili there is so many errors for Lemos that Weili has 7 takedowns that only 1 was defended by Lemos, Weili also got Darce to choke on Lemos but surely improvement of Weili back when he fought Rose Namajunas it was a high evolution that he did with her self,

Marlon Vera VS Pedro Munhoz ROUND 3 DECISION - WIN

This fight many surely have said that Pedro Munhoz should have won this one also the Commentators have to say that Munhoz has good shots toward Chito Vera Man the commentators missed many good aspects that Marlon Vera is winning this fight, and many didn't appreciate the subtle defense of Chito to Pedro Munhoz you can see that in the early round, Pedro Munhoz is already busted you can clearly see it on his Bloodied face and Chito Vera is clearly winning this fight,

Congrats to Sean. I have the feeling he will win but doubted him because Sterling is so good at wrestling thinking that he will slam Sean once he can grab him.
A rematch is more considerable than Sean calling Chito. Merab seems more suitable for the next or Sandhgan. But now that there is another champ for that class, it's a Suga show indeed. It's up for grabs who can first dethrone him which will really be an exciting division once again.

Yeah, I also think that his wrestling will make a win for Sean O'Malley but O'Malley really has the punching power to knockout Sterling for sure and all he needs is to capitalize on that reach advantage and set it up for Sterling to make an exchange on him on the stand-up for sure he was already setting that up on round 1 and make it successful for me Sterling is just really good at wrestling and being a human bag pack nothing more but when it comes to striking he just can't compete to O'Malley in that department, for sure

Here is the result of my bet and even though I lost the Main Event because of O'Malley I still won 2 great fights for sure,

Aljamain Sterling (1.42) VS Sean O'Malley (3.15) - LOST

Surely whenever Aljamain Sterling switches stance O'Malley also switches a parallel stance and finds his power shot against Aljamain Sterling Aljo also not getting his opening with the takedowns he only shot 2 takedowns the entire fight and it was defended as well by O'Malley surely O'Malley is very patient against Aljo constantly waiting for an opening and not rushing things, it was clear that Sean O'Malley really gained the upper hand in this fight,

Neil Magny (5.00) VS Ian Machado Garry (1.22) - WIN

Even though that fight ended up with a decision Ian Machado Garry was very dominant the entire fight and Neil Magny can not do something about those kicks he was constantly getting hurt by the kicks Garry for sure it ended with a dominant win for Machado Garry, he is clearly faster and precise with these strikes in where it will land,

Marlon Vera (1.54) VS Pedro Munhoz (2.70) - WIN

It was clear from the blooded face of Pedro Munhoz that he has received much damage from Marlon "Chito" Vera that kicks were really pressuring Pedro Munhoz from entering Chito's inside for that Guillotine Choke to be effective but Marlon Vera doesn't allow it to happen, it could be a boring fight because the fight last longer but it was a precise win for Marlon Chito Vera for sure,

Pretty congrats to the people here that risk on Sean O'Malley @rdbase is pretty much confident that O'Malley will surely win this match and he surely did, after watching the fight Sean O'Malley look good in this fight and I am excited about the Marlon Vera vs Sean O'Malley rematch for sure,

Now the result of my pick and bets,

Aljamain Sterling vs Sean O'Malley  - LOST

Right now I am not really pissed with the result may be because I really don't like Aljamain Sterling as well, even though I really don't like O'Malley as well I don't hate them, but in this fight, O'Malley has proven that he can set up things to end on what he wants and the 1st round was full of setting up for O'Malley hand traps, feeling the range of Sterling, and setting up his strong punch on the right timing and Sterling is not committing with the takedowns because O'Malley is not allowing it and Sterling really had a hard time taking an opening towards it,

Weili Zhang vs Amanda Lemos - WIN

This fight is a one-sided one Zhang Weili is pretty much well-rounded dominating the Stand-up capitalizing on the Errors of Amanda Lemos, and getting her into the ground, even though this fight ended in a Decision it is pretty much a dominant for Zhang Weili, Lemos didn't stand a chance against Zhang Weili, pretty much that Weili will dominate this division for a long time for sure,

Neil Magny vs Ian Machado Garry - WIN

Those massive kicks from Ian Machado Garry are pretty much devastating and were hurting Neil Magny so much that Ian Garry was pretty much dominating this fight Machado Garry is pretty much faster than Magny and he can not do anything about it, this fight was a decision it was a dominant performance for Ian Machado Garry,

Congrats mate, I have skipped that fight, but at the back of my mind I was looking for SugaSean to win, another missed opportunity for me with that juicy odds. Yes, that right hand is perfect, moving backward but then counter with a huge right, once it landed it's over.

Sterling try to survived, the referee could have continue to fight as he was really trying very hard to recover in the canvass. But once he turn his back, it might have given the signal for the referee to really stop the onslaught and to prevent further damage as SugaSean is just letting his hands go, but hammer fist.
