Now pretty much I am curious if Sean O'Malley can face the wrestling of Aljamain Sterling head-on, as I really don't seem to see him with some ground game, and there surely not much Submission win for O'Malley or if he can defended all that wrestling game of Sterling,
Weili Zhang VS Amanda Lemos fight is not so bad as a Co-Main Event especially this is going to be a great fun fight to really watch and what kind of wrestling Weili will now show us,
Marlon Vera VS Pedro Munhoz is what I anticipated to watch as I really like Marlon "Chito" Vera style and his kicks was really awesome, so this is a great time to watch for sure,
For sure it is going to be a striker VS a wrestler inside the Octagon and for sure Sean O'Malley will have some takedown defense going against Sterling but for sure Sean O'Malley will surely do whatever he can in order to win and well Aljamain Sterling is the same, and also using the MMA rules in his advantage just like the Disqualification win he has against Petr Yan for me it was an elaborate plan for Yan to strike him with a knee, while he is on the ground, because he's going to win with a Disqualification this is how dirty Aljamain Sterling fight while Sean O'Malley in his last fight with Petr Yan O'Malley is consistently holding on the fence, that is why Petr Yan Takedowns was not effective at time because O'Malley is Suppressing it by holding into the fence, and he will likely do this again against Sterling,
While Zhang Weili VS Amanda Lemos fight Lemos will need to prove that she can have a decent takedown defense against Weili as Zhang Weili is under Henry Cejudo's wing so for sure this is going to be a hard fight for her,
There also has been some rule changes that came out today that recognizes what has happened during the last two UFC Main Events and have addressed these issues within those fights for all bouts going forward:
https://www.mmanews.com/news/rule-changes-help-mma-fighters-who-sustain-eye-pokes-illegal-strikesThe big one is this because of how the Sandhagen fight was very boring due to not having some kind of rule put in place to avoid this happening especially during a main event:
Separating stalling fightersThe third rule approved codifyies language on referee discretion on when to separate stalling fighters.
“Positioning fighters for a restart after a foul warning, physicians examination or a point deduction:
“Intention: A fighter should never be allowed to improve their position based on fouling.
“When a fighter who is in a disadvantaged position fouls and the referee must stop the action — if it can be reasonably accomplished, the fighters should be returned to their positions after the time is taken for the warning, physician’s examination or point deduction.
“When a fighter who is in position of advantage fouls and the referee must stop the action for a warning, physician’s examination or point deduction, the fouling fighter should lose his position of advantage when the bout resumes.
Some rules are meant to be broken, "Just Kidding" but for sure what I like about these new Rules is they will have someone going inside the octagon aside from a referee but this will apply on if a fighter got cuts on the head , or injuries to stop the bleeding and to further more the fight from a doctor stoppage, the rest was all just clamoring inside my ear by I can not really understand, but eventually when I see it in action I will get used to it,
