I can see that the Bitcoin Cash deposit is not available yet on CoinPot but has anyone tried to withdraw BCH? Thanks.

Just because someone was wondering if they're paying or not, and that is more probable hearing from who has issues rather than from whom has none, here is my last successfull withdraw of 0.001 BTC completed in less than 24 hours:

Hello everyone,

I am near to get enough coins to withdraw from coinpot. I want to know a couple of things:

I read that the usually don't pay, is it right yet?

Someone knows if there is a special fee or something withdrawing from coinpot to JAXX? Can you tell me your experience?

Thanks

I've been using Coinpot for several months. I did a test transaction just after I joined, using BTC. Coin was in my wallet within 48 hours.
With the rising mempool backlog and increasing trans fees, this isn't feasible today. My BTC is sitting until it's reasonable to move.
In the meantime, I am using their browser mining and moving coin at will using LTC. Funds in wallet within 48 hours, and no problems.

I have never had an issue with Coinpot.

Thanks Guys,

I've just read something about no paying in this thread before. By the way, do you have experience withdrawing with JAXX?
I am asking this because the information about fee is written on the website but my wallet (JAXX) is not there.

Thanks again

I haven't had any experience with JAXX. Since it's a wallet that you install on your computer or phone then it's generally a "bitcoin core wallet" [ not an online or a microwallet], so the 2,000 sats fee for withdrawals less than 0.001BTC applies, and anything higher than that there's no fee.

The fact is that is most probable you'll ear from users who for some unavoidable or network or issue or whatever, didn't get paid, rather than from who get paid regularly.

Moreover, you won't always ear from those who had issues and later on they were resolved.

The vast majority of people get regularly paid, and you won't ear from them because very few of them have the will to come here and report a positivie feedback.

In my experience (5 months) of CoinPot they have always paid. No problems at all.

Where did you read that they usually don't pay? Whoever wrote that is either completely wrong or trying to spread fake news for their own gain.

I just got a decent payout from them. Sure it took some time but it was way faster than faucethub at hitting my wallet. All their fees etc are listed alongside the withdrawal options.

The CoinPot website is back again and so are their faucet sites, at least for me, I hope it's the same for everyone.

Can someone plz give me some info on the coinpot.co mining option? I used to use this feature but after my antivirus detected some Trojans in my Firefox browser cash I stopped! I looked up the detection and it seems to be a kind of info stealing trojan!!! has anyone had the same experience? Your help is much appreciated.

There was a discussion about this a while back. I can't give you any advice but you can read it yourself here:

It seems more stable now. Hopefully, no more downtime.

Thank you. I guess we can never be sure whether this is a dangerous trojan or not!!! After all, never being able to be sure about anything is a prominent feature of our era!!!

As we all know here has been a huge surge in interest in cryptocurrencies over recent months because of the increase in prices.

CoinPot, along with many other services, including some of the 'biggies' like Coinbase, are struggling to match demand and are having to continually upgrade their systems.

I'm sure this is what's happening with CoinPot and I hope all will be fine in the end.

No-one could have predicted the sudden massive global interest in cryptos that happened last year.

^ for those errors guys just reload the page, I think it's caused by high traffic to the servers. Just keep refreshing until it works.

I refreshed and it now says "CoinPot is currently offline for maintenance - apologies for the inconvenience, we will be back ASAP!"  Cry

It seems to be happening on and off quite often recently but you will just have to wait it out. They always come back in the past  Grin

Edit: The have added this

More details
We are in the process of upgrading our servers and moving databases across to a faster and more reliable infrastructure. Unfortunately this means we will need to have a few periods of downtime over the next few days - this is to protect your earnings and ensure that the transfer process is a quick as possible.
Thanks you for your patience!

Seems that's what they have been doing.
