Well guys, this is not looking good.

Some of you may be familiar with my site, CryptoNinja.co which my wife and I have been working on for about 3 years now. Coinpot has been our bread and butter, and the faucets were prominently displayed on the front page up until a couple months ago.

We have not broken any rules, of course, or received any kind of message that there has been any kind of violation, or hold for security reasons, or anything. The deposits have simply stopped. I am able to complete the entire withdrawal process but the deposit just never arrives.

Clicks have dropped way off, and Coinpot has really piled on the pop ups and redirects. If their next move is to simply stop paying certain people, that’s pretty much the end. Hopefully I’m wrong, and this is just some kind of mistake, I will certainly post an update here if that is the case.

Besides not getting withdrawals I also have found an error if I try and buy lotto tickets or use the multiplier, error: No valid account signed in

I logged out, and back in, same error.

Everything else seems normal. I can use the faucets, etc. Anyone have any ideas?

Is anyone experiencing a delay in withdrawals? I was getting most withdrawals in less than 24 hours but I am waiting over a week now on multiple withdrawals.

@LTU_BTC do you have only this message with moon bitcoin?
I'm getting it on Moondogecoin and Moonlitecoin faucets. I can claim without any issues from Moonbitcoincash and Moondash faucets.

I have had the same message on my computer also with adblock turned off. Cleaning cookies and a couple of times refreshing helped with me.
Already got this message 3-4 times the last 2 weeks.
I have tried to clean cookies and cache, but id didn't helped unfortunately.

Google Chrome automatically blocks certain types of ads. You have to turn off ad blocking from your browser settings to get it to work. I'm not sure how it works on mobile but on desktop you just have to click an icon that shows up in the address bar.
I never had these kind of issues on desktop. Thanks for suggestion, I'm going to check for these settings on my browser.

Is it anyone are able to claim from Moon Bitcoin using phone? Since yesterday, I'm always getting this error after attempt to claim, despite that I don't have any adblocker installed:

Moon Bitcoin depends on the revenue from displaying a small number of adverts that may interest you, so that we can continue to payout.
We respectfully ask you to disable your ad-blocking browser plugin/software or add this page to the exception list and then refresh the page

Seems that all Moon faucets and Bonusbitcoin is down. Only Bitfun works fine. Coinpot website also works now.

Works fine here. Maybe a short maintenance.

coinpot is just NOT reliable IMO

You can say that. It's good as long as there's no issue.

Pretty much like a plastic utensil. Once broken, move along.

Then you might be out of luck. Not sure if I mentioned it earlier, there's zero support from Coinpot. It's a one-man-show.

Wonder why I am not getting confirm emails? It used to work until about 10 days ago. send email to support but no response.
Anyone have suggestions?

I just made a withdraw request and the confirm mail arrived within 10 mins, might mean they fixed their mail server.

Working for me.  I just got two emails in regards to my account.

No matter which browser I use, I don't get the confirm email.

Check your spam filter?  (not to sound like captain obvious Tongue)

i have a question, everyone use gmail only ?? because i can`t sign up with yahoo or hotmail, I don`t receive a confirmation email, it is not in the spam folder. Huh

Why not try Gmail? It's more sophisticated and so far there are hardly any issues with receiving emails. Even if the email is suspected as Spam, it would still fall in the appropriate folder.
