I asked the support time ago about Gold and probably they're gonna do the same thing they did with Cash, giving us the possibility to send them directly from Exodus to another Gold wallet.

Happy to see a thread dedicated to Exodus. I have bitcoins there and would like to take advantage of the forked assets bch and btg. I haven't tried accessing my private keys and exporting them and would appreciate some help/tips.
If I export to a bch and btg wallet, that action would not affect my bitcoins in exodus, right? Or do I have to move my bitcoins first before exporting to bch or btg wallets? Thanks.
About Cash you can claim them inside Exodus, there is no need to export the private keys and doing other stuff, if you check on their website they explain how to claim Cash.If I export to a bch and btg wallet, that action would not affect my bitcoins in exodus, right? Just to make sure I get you. You simply forgot your recovery info in an account where you have no funds and you want to make another one? If so, follow the instructions please.
Mac: Hard Drive > Users > YOUR-USERNAME > Library > Application Support > Exodus
i doint have exodus folder in application support

You don't have your recovery phrase? Did you setup email recovery and get the email when you first backed up?

My experience with exodus wallet is very good.But lately their fee has gone up.

Eden won't go live because It's just the test wallet. You can use it but at your own risk. Anything you currently see in Eden, will eventually come to Exodus. As for the fees, If you experienced this only recently then It's probably due to the spam attack (or whatever it is) currently happening in the bitcoin network, changing wallet wouldn't help much.

A really great wallet and an awesome support. They keep delivering regular updates and I really like using it for my day to day stuff. I d like to see NEO and Gas on Exodus, that s my only recommendation.
I'm not 100% sure but I think they're gonna add soon both Neo + Gas, I read something like that on Reddit if I'm not wrong.It does say it s planned in Exodus plans. I m sure Exodus team know their priorities and they will not skip such an important market player.

Importing address is available but its not like importing your address, it moves your balance from another address to your exodus address. They might not allow import of the address in future too as you will not be able to use those imported address with their backup phrase in future. What fee you are talking about? If you are talking about fee they have during exchange than its not their fee, its fee that will be taken by shapeshift which provide exchange feature within the wallet.

NEO is currently marked as "Planned" in Exodus roadmap. I haven't seem anything about Gas.http://support.exodus.io/article/96-exodus-wallet-roadmap

I d like to see NEO and Gas on Exodus, that s my only recommendation. I did help a few my friends download, install it and explained to them how easy it is to use it. They re also very happy with Exodus.

i have my wallet on mac.. i wanted use today but i dont know where i saved my 12 words,also i cant get recovery link to mail,i tried unistal and delete app to create new acc but when i instal again i am automatic logged in old account,i didnt have any funds on acc so i would like to create new acc on my macbook.. how i can do that?

so users need to use a VPN now , I haven't tried it before cause their support last time said to me that VPNs may actually be the problem and asked me to not use VPN

1.37.2 and 1.38.0 has been released today. No new coins added but there are a lot of improvements and bugfixes, full changelog here. The bug of rescanning should be fixed now so I suggest everyone to upgrade, If the problem persists, please contact the support at [email protected]
just upgraded to 1.38.0 and the problem still here , I'm not sure what I can do with that since the last time the problem was solved by just waiting more hours without doing anything else
gonna contact the support one more time , but I guess I won't use the wallet again cause it's too much hustle for me with these bugs every few days
no it's not my connection , I tried sending and receiving litecoin and all worked fine so the problem mainly exists with bitcoin wallet

so the users outside of US or Canada are still having the same issue , basically the two upgrades didn't fix the problem at all actually it was kinda better for me before the upgrades
