I have problems whit an SP20/cgminer

CGMiner dont work,

you sure your PSU can handle 288/ 288 /288 /288 ?

this is an extreme setup... we do not recommend it. Try at lower spec .... like 200 / 200 / 200 / 200 and make sure your PSU can handle 800 watt ( minimun 1000 watt PSU => 80% rules)

Ok, PSU is an 2000Watt, ans i make it to 200. Same problem :-(

Are you running the 2000 watt PSU on a 220/240 connection?  Is there any chance you are running off 110.

Just trying to think of things that might limit a server PSU like it sounds like your using.  And 110 would limit it for sure.

The problem is, it work 4 month.
Yesterday te Firmware was broken. I make it new and now this problem :-(

Can't you just disable the chip in the web interface under settings - HW Control - ASIC Control Panel?
Disable can, but I want to insure. Unsolder input inductor, I'll be pretty sure that the voltage does not go to this part of the board.

good luck as you like running hot.  I don't have much advice for you as I ran slower when I had mine.

I run most of mine at 1,350Ghs and the worst performers at 1,250Ghs and they run great. I did down clock them this summer but now that they get 30-40F temps all day I like to keep them running in this range. In a few months if the diff goes full retard I am going to bring them down to ~900Ghs at ~350W at the wall to keep them very profitable.

I do not think so.  but you can pull the board and mine with 1 board .

What speeds were you mining at :

 1500gh = too fast
1400gh  = too fast
 1300gh  = okay
1200gh   = most of mine ran at this speed
1100 gh  = or at this speed

Now i mine with 1 board

I want unsolder input inductor, disable the chip, and will try...

~1630gh, 0.67v-0.75v, 280w, ~5C-15C ambient temperature and 85C-105C on chips, fan 20

Hello! Burned 2 parts on sp20e board.
If I disable the chip (in my case loop3 6), the remaining 3 chip will work ?!

Glad to see it working.

Alh has a good idea on side turn.

Let it run a day or two at current numbers.

You can then do the side turn.  Look to see if numbers improve.

One other suggestion: I laid my SP20 on it's side such that the heatsinks are facing "up".  If you look at the end where the PCIe plugs are, lay it on it's right side, and then the heatsinks will be "up. I had one "Hot ASIC", that is now gone since the heatsinks will pretty much level out with gravity helping. It also positions the controller off to the side, rather than directly about the hashing boards. I figure the controller will be cooler.
From what I have read SP20's don't really like to be run too cool. Your intake and exhaust temperatures are plenty low. The ASIC temps always read 85C until they get warmer than that. In other words, even though the line indicates 85C, it might actually be 50C.

I don't see anything above that looks worrisome, except for the Firmware revision. Yours shows 2.6.1, while I am sure that 2.6.14 was released during March/April of 2015.

If you are looking to get closer to the 165W limit for each loop, you'll likely need to up the max voltage a bit. You also need to give the SP20 at least 15 minutes or more for it to steady out in terms of it's final voltage and frequency that can be accommodated by the voltage and power limits. At the settings you have here, you can also reduce the fan speed if you want. That will save a bit on power and reduce the noise.
