We should never consider this a job because this is one of the reason for many users to create multiple farmed accounts just for the sole purpose of participating in different bounty campaigns for a bigger reward. Bounty program will remain til the crypto currency is still running. By promoting project company needs a lot of people to intruduce their project to others to spread it fast so as long as theres a born project specially ICO that company will need us to promote their project so its still running as long as we need them and we need us.

If the certainty to when the Bounty program will survive I do not know but I've heard the issue that the Bounty program will be eliminated but until now Bounty program still exist, I think while there is still peminatnya then this Bounty program will continue to survive until whenever.

YUP. You have to remember that ICO's need marketing and promotion. And one of the best known method is really having a ANN thread and offering bounty programs so that more people will be aware of such project. One thing though that I noticed about bounty lately even for airdrops is that they are requiring KYC. Is it really needed? What are the benefits from this marketing perspective to have all this documents?

I have a feeling that bounty programs will start dwindling after 2 years. It would be lesser on those years because ideas have already taken and I'm sure that every category of services, there's an altcoin that has already dominated the competition and there's no room for start-ups anymore.
