News today is Trump's twitter attack on the 'freedom caucus' within the Republican party and basically telling them to get on-board with the Republican establishment as they tune up Obamacare to make it an even bigger screw-job for the what's left of the middle class and make the medical/industrial complex even more rich and powerful than ever.

Notwithstanding the fact that the mainstream media will twist and/or promote and/or bury everything which could favor/dis-favor the establishment, and also that Trump is very capable of playing multi-dimensional political chess...

...I will never regret trying hard to get Hillary to NOT be president.  I'm as confident as ever that Hillary Clinton following up the GWBush/Obama damage would have been the end of the United States.

If Trump wants to go down in history as the guy who tried to rescue the failing establishment (corp, Dem, and Repub) and/or the guy who continue to sell the U.S. peeps down the river when he had the best chance in the modern era of stopping it, so be it.  It's not something I personally wrote off as a possibility.  We got him in and in doing so developed a sense of empowerment and a renewed confidence that we can make a difference if we try.  If we have to fight Donald J. Trump and his family, bring it on.

I would also say that if Trump chooses to go to bat for the Republican establishment after the way they treated him in in the primaries (and general for that matter) then he will go down as one of the biggest cucks and saddest loser ever.

Just talking to an informant on the Democrat side.  Unsurprisingly, this person heard that throwing political opposites in jail is a 'third world thing.'  I heard the (shell-shocked looking) Andrea Mitchel say this right after the debate so I knew it was going to be a talking point that would get play.  Here would be my rebuttal:

You know what else goes on in third-world banana republics?  Politically powerful people get away with anything and everything since they are above the law.  That's what!

What happens to people, that try to overthrow a democratic country?
Would you support it or fight tooth and nail against it.

Just FWIW, this person or bot 'borrowed' an earlier post of mine word-for-word and that is what you see above.  I've not seen this technique use here before, but whatever.

There is a more basic question than this. This question is, Who are the people who are trying to overthrow the U.S.?

Part of the answer lies in what a smart person would do to try to overthrow the U.S.  Would he get together with his neighbors and get some guns and ammo and grenades and attack the capitol? Would he enlist the help of a foreign country that doesn't like the U.S.? Would he do a big propaganda campaign worse than the one Tokyo Rose did? What is the smart way?

These days a direct coup won't work. Foreign countries don't have the strength to attack. Tokyo Rose was imprisoned (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokyo_Rose). So, what is a smarter way? One smarter way is to build up a reputation, act like you are doing good politically, become the President, and institute good-looking programs that really tear the country apart. Isn't that what Obama was doing and Hillary would have done?

But there is a deeper, more fundamental method in America. Hidden inside the Constitution, the Bill of rights, and Federal Rules of Criminal/Civil Procedure, is a method that shows what America is all about, and that remains almost hidden because people don't think. But, if this method can be destroyed before the people wake up and use it, then America might be lost.

The whole U.S. Government is overshadowed by this hidden strength that the people have. The people can, individually or en masse, take down every action that the Government does. The people being able to do this is part of the Government itself. Here are the important parts of the hidden strength of the people... how the people are above Government, making them the real Government.

First is the right to contract, recorded in Article I, section 10, clause 1 of the Constitution (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contract_Clause). Right to contract individually is applied to people through the 14th Amendment (http://www.law.gmu.edu/assets/files/publications/working_papers/08-51%20Freedom%20of%20Contract.pdf). What this means is that people as well as the States can contract in or out of Government, and even in or out of their contracts with Government. It is part of Government, and essentially somewhat of a circular logic that shows that Government is way different than what we generally believe it to be.

What makes this contracting infinitely stronger is the 6th, 7th, 9th, and 10th Amendments. The 6th and 7th Amendments suggest that people can require a jury trial for anything. This includes even things that they have against Government... not only things that Government has against them.

The 9th and 10th Amendments state that both, the people, individually or jointly, and the States, have all the rights that they had before the United States Government was set in place. This includes the right to not be held liable for any laws or statutes that the United States puts in place.

Using the rights expressed by these Amendments includes speaking up (noticing) Government whenever you don't want to be part of any agreement, law, or statute. If you don't speak up, you are agreeing by your silence to all of the laws and statutes. It is part of Government.

One of the most important things regarding contracts and Government and trials is, If you sign a standard contract for an attorney to represent you, you have agreed to let the attorneys and the judges decide your fate, without you being able to intervene. The only way you can intervene is by rescinding the contract, thereby rejecting this contract if you want, but it might be easier to not contract in the first place.

The jury has the right to judge everything about your case, whether you bring the case, or someone else brings it against you. They have the right to judge you innocent, even if you are guilty, and vice versa. They can impose fines, hold judges in contempt, and do all kinds of things in regard to the case at hand, including repealing a law or statute with regard to you (even though other people will have to bring their own case to get it repealed for themselves). See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jury_nullification for a beginning understanding of the power of the jury.

What all this amounts to is that, as long as you don't injure someone else (harm him, or damage his property), as long as you don't break a contract (you can rescind the contract according to rules regarding contracts - a basic understanding is here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rescission - but don't injure anyone by your rescission), as long as you don't threaten anyone else (note that some threats can be accidental or without your knowledge... that you have threatened someone else), you can do anything you want.

Anyone who attempts to hide this information from you, or who attempts to thwart your using of this info and your rights, is someone who is attempting to overthrow Government. Why? Because it is Government for you to know and use these things. The whole court system in America has been infiltrated by BAR Association members who are trying to hide this knowledge from you, and take away your freedom thereby. They are trying to overthrow the American Government with an extremely subtle coup from the inside.

Noble Energy also in a hurry bought part of the shares of Clayton Williams, having received thus control over part of the Permian. As you know, here to get a little expensive, but the reserves allow, not worry about resources.
Actually, what does all this mean? While overseas someone frantically trying to freeze and reduce production, States the opposite - increase the number of drilling, a monopoly focus on the areas where you can swing long and steadily. One conclusion monopoly sure, trump will open the shale casket and then... the freezing, reduction and any speculation would be fruitless. Moreover, American kancevica quite satisfied with the price of $40.

Clearly she is just afraid of the future with Trump. Her emotional outburst cries  for attention while really being terrified inside. Poor lady, someone should just punch her in the mouth. Wake up call.

Maybe she should have taken the bus. Or were they still on the ground when she was kicked off?

I am not sure whether this could be implemented or not, taken in to account the presence of RINOs in the senate and the house. But IF it is implemented, then it will boost the economy, by cutting the federal debt to GDP ratio drastically.
You are pinning too many hopes on Trump. He doesn't deserve it. Trump banal populist! He can't calculate the consequences of their actions. Maybe this was why he and the business are not okay. I think it is a bankrupt and therefore hide their Declaration.

Trump Abandons Trans-Pacific Partnership, Obama's Signature Trade Deal

President Trump upended America's traditional, bipartisan trade policy on Monday as he formally abandoned the ambitious, 12-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership brokered by his predecessor and declared an end to the era of multinational trade agreements that defined global economics for decades.

With the stroke of a pen on his first full weekday in office, Mr. Trump signaled that he plans to follow through on promises to take a more aggressive stance against foreign competitors as part of his "America First" approach. In doing so, he demonstrated that he would not follow old rules, effectively discarding longstanding Republican orthodoxy that expanding global trade was good for the world and America — and that the United States should help write the rules of international commerce.

Although the Trans-Pacific Partnership had not been approved by Congress, Mr. Trump's decision to withdraw not only doomed former President Barack Obama's signature trade achievement, but also carried broad geopolitical implications in a fast-growing region. The deal, which was to link a dozen nations from Canada and Chile to Australia and Japan in a complex web of trade rules, was sold as a way to permanently tie the United States to East Asia and create an economic bulwark against a rising China.

Instead, Mr. Trump said American workers would be protected against competition from low-wage countries like Vietnam and Malaysia, also parties to the deal.

Trump's federal hiring freeze draws immediate fire from unions

"President Trump's action will disrupt government programs and services that benefit everyone and actually increase taxpayer costs by forcing agencies to hire more expensive contractors to do work that civilian government employees are already doing for far less," said American Federation of Government Employees President J. David Cox Sr. "This hiring freeze will mean longer lines at Social Security offices, fewer workplace safety inspections, less oversight of environmental polluters, and greater risk to our nation's food supply and clean water systems."

A hiring freeze was included in the Trump presidential campaign's "Contract with the American Voter." It was the second of six measures "to clean up the corruption and special interest collusion in Washington, D.C." and part of his "100-day action plan to Make America Great Again."

The contract excluded the "military, public safety, and public health," but during a signing in the Oval Office Trump only mentioned the military.

Trump tells business leaders he wants to cut regulations by 75% or 'maybe more'

President Donald Trump told business leaders on Monday he believes he can cut regulations by 75 percent or "maybe more."

At the White House with 10 senior executives, he repeated his campaign pledges to roll back corporate rules, arguing that they have "gotten out of control." A White House spokesman did not immediately respond to a request to elaborate on which rules Trump will target or how the 75 percent was calculated.

"We're going to be cutting regulation massively," but the rules will be "just as protective of the people," Trump told reporters at the meeting that included Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk and Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank.

Democrats and interest groups have expressed concern about Trump's plans to roll back Obama administration environmental protections and pull out of the landmark Paris climate accords, among other regulatory pledges.

Trump Hits DC With $10.5 Trillion in Cuts

Well, this certainly sounds promising, if it comes to pass. Named and unnamed sources inside the Trump transition team have said that President Donald Trump has been working with others to bring about a massive reduction in spending.

The Hill reports:

"The proposed cuts hew closely to a blueprint published last year by the conservative Heritage Foundation, a think tank that has helped staff the Trump transition.

"Similar proposals have in the past won support from Republicans in the House and Senate, who believe they have an opportunity to truly tackle spending after years of warnings about the rising debt.

"Many of the specific cuts were included in the 2017 budget adopted by the conservative Republican Study Committee (RSC), a caucus that represents a majority of House Republicans. The RSC budget plan would reduce federal spending by $8.6 trillion over the next decade.

"Two members of Trump's transition team are discussing the cuts at the White House budget office: Russ Vought, a former aide to Vice President-elect Mike Pence and the former executive director of the RSC, and John Gray, who previously worked for Pence, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) when Ryan headed the House Budget Committee.

"Vought and Gray, who both worked for the Heritage Foundation, are laying the groundwork for the so-called skinny budget — a 175- to 200-page document that will spell out the main priorities of the incoming Trump administration, along with summary tables. That document is expected to come out within 45 days of Trump taking office.

"The administration's full budget, including appropriations language, supplementary materials and long-term analysis, is expected to be released toward the end of Trump's first 100 days in office, or by mid- to late April."

The Departments of Energy, Commerce, Transportation, Justice and State are all going to be facing massive cuts in spending, including the elimination of some programs in some of the departments.

Additionally, the Trump team is looking towards the privatization of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, as well as the elimination of the National Endowment for the Arts and National Endowment for the Humanities.

The Hill went on to provide a few specifics of the cuts.

"At the Department of Justice, the blueprint calls for eliminating the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, Violence Against Women Grants and the Legal Services Corporation and for reducing funding for its Civil Rights and its Environment and Natural Resources divisions.

"At the Department of Energy, it would roll back funding for nuclear physics and advanced scientific computing research to 2008 levels, eliminate the Office of Electricity, eliminate the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and scrap the Office of Fossil Energy, which focuses on technologies to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

The Blockchain Matters More than the President

Then the price goes down, and it's radio silence again, but for people who complain that their investment hasn't panned out.

What's going on here is the classic pattern. Non-specialists buy high (because of rising public attention) and sell, and then fail to buy low (because low prices don't make the news). It's no different with cryptocurrency than it is with any other stock.

What's difficult for people to understand is that far more is at stake with Bitcoin than your investment portfolio. Anyone who thinks of this innovation merely as a chance for riches has completely misconstrued the significance of what we are dealing with here.

Still, every new technology, even revolutionary ones like railroads or flight, must enter our lives through real-time market experience, with all its trials and errors, failures and success, legit companies and frauds, along with investors who get burned and those who make it big.

Back on topic.

Well, the world actually is flatulent.  It belches up methane, and sulfur, and in some places, radon.  In some few places, it belches up co2 in vast amounts, and kills all communities close by.  And then there's volcanos, those we see and those under the ocean.

And now there's Trump.
