Not yet, Bitcoin has not been as popular as the Dollar. Because the dollar is more stable than Bitcoin.
I feel that the dollar and bitcoin are the same. it's just bitcoin easier access to the internet, and has a fast transaction in dollars. well, but usd and btc have their own deficiencies and advantages.

They are both popular. But bitcoin is only popular to people who have access to internet. And not to those who still use the traditional way in paying bills and any other expenses with money.
i think usd and bitcoin have similarities. like usd is an international cash money that you can use and exchange anywhere. And bitcoin is the main cryptocurrency and like usd it is the most useful one that we can use anywhere in the world.
In this case I would have to say that the dollar is over ten times more popular than bitcoin.There are people that have not heard about bitcoin but I bet they have heard about dollar and know what it is. Bitcoin still has a long way to go and we have a long road ahead of us but the possibilities are endless. Bitcoin is coming up and everyday more and more people are exposed to it.

I think bitcoin will be more popular but I'm not sure it will be more popular than the US Dollar. Dollar is used in daily payments and many people use it. Most of my friends do not know about bitcoin.
Bitcoin is the currency with totally new concept and it is based on the digital foundation which can only be used only when the internet is available whereas on the other hand dollar is the currency which is being labelled as the international currency and all the countries of the world trade internationally in the dollars except the European union who are dealing in the Euros, so it is too much early to compare the bitcoin with the dollar.

for me btc is more good than usd because in btc you can get a lot of profit so if you get a lot of btc it means you will get a lot of usd we all know that bitcoin is so risky but if you take the risk maybe you will become success soon and i seee a lot of people became rich by investing in bitcoin because they take the big risk in bitcoin so if you want to become rich choose btc.yeah we already know that btc can give you lots of profits but when it comes to real usage , i guess usd is still the clear winner because anyone can use it and it is also easy to use usd when compared to btc due to the fact that btc uses a wallet and an internet connection in order to process the transaction , so what if you leave in poorer countries that dont have internet or signal in order to connect to the internet and also the people on that country dont also have a knowledge regarding in bitcoin. Do you think you can use it to them? that is why usd is still important.

Not right now of course but give it 10 years you may find then that bitcoin has risen to an area that either rivals USD in popularity or has gone past it. I think it takes at least 10 years to progress to this feat.
I don't see that bitcoin will ever surpass USD, USD is currently in the trillions, I think about 10tn, whereas bitcoin is not even close to 1tn, it is such a large increase, bitcoin would have to have a price of about 500k to rival usd.

If there's a lot of people are involve in bitcoin then it makes the bitcoin more stringer and more usable. If I will choose in the two of it I will choose the btc because the rate of bitcoin is bigger than usd and in bitcoin you can gain a big profit.
The paper money should stand at least for more 50 years, then can and should upgrade to digital, but fiat as currencie will always be the most supported, and dollar is the king of fiat currency, there is no way to change it, neither bitcoin has such potencial to take its place.
