on this very day, many may no longer see 2017 as a great year for cryptocurrencies but to me it still is because 2017 set the record in terms all time high which has been broken to (16/12/2020). This very later part of 2020 for now appears to be the the golden time for crypto especially bitcoin.

I am more focused on the golden year for Bitcoin. Not for other cryptos, since the one that experienced an increase to reach the new ATH is Bitcoin, maybe LTC will experience it too. But altcoins are not experiencing impressive peaks. just experienced a general increase. So the best year for bitcoin is 2020.

In 2017, there was a real crypto explosion! Who managed to catch the wave became a real lucky guy! The yield of cryptocurrency for 2017 is simply colossal-33014%! No financial asset can boast such a level of profitability! I think many people are interested in the question when this can happen again.

I think this year is really the "Golden Year of Crypto" for me because in previous years Bitcoin did not make the same profit as in 2018 but Bitcoin did not pump as much as you see then Bitcoin was. 8000 - 12000 dollars but now in all months of 2020 but Bitcoin all Time goes by well and I think the days ahead will give a lot more so now I have "Golden Year". Thanks everyone

I am not so sure that 2017 is the Golden Year of Crypto, I am only positive thinking that bitcoin will continue to move and do new history that has never been done before, looking at the current state of bitcoin I am so sure bitcoin will be popular beyond 2017.

As long there is no yet another bullish so I must say 2017 was the golden year of crypto. Bitcoin and altcoins were booming so much in that year but now it's different, bitcoin is bullish but the altcoins were not really. Well let's hope that in the next year we can see the same bullish as 2017.
I believe there are still have big Bullish in the following years, it's only a matter of time, we will see Crypto market prices will reach their respective ATHs, and many believe, the same pattern as end 2017 is at the end 2021. So Crypto golden years I think haven't happened yet,

No doubt 2017 was the Golden year of Cryptos even I did some Bounties & Airdrops in the last quarter of 2017 and those bounties & airdrops gave me a huge reward but after that, I was demotivated by the long bear market. We can not predict the same bullish movement will happen again or not but in my opinion, the market will keep moving but 2017 will remain the Golden Year of crypto.

For me, late 2017 and early 2018 were the best for cryptocurrency. At that time bitcoin and some altcoins reached ATH. By the end of this year bitcoin has reached a new ATH and I hope it will be a similar situation back then.

2017 and 2018 were very good for Bitcoin and altcoins,
at that time the Bitcoin price increased at the end of 2017, and the altcoin season came after that at the beginning of 2018,
of course if this happens again then bitcoin season will be at the end of 2020 and altcoin season will come in 2021, hopefully it will happen

2021 is the Golden Year for crypto, watch this space. Next year is going to be like nothing we’ve ever seen before.

I hope so. Prices could hit new ATHs because of the increasing popularity of crypto. The COVID-19 pandemic has turned out to be extremely beneficial for the crypto/Blockchain space. That, combined with Bitcoin's past halving event, should bring a massive surge in price during the next 4 years. If we base ourselves on the market's past performance, then 2021 should become the year where crypto experiences a long-lasting bull run.

Until that happens, 2017 will remain as the "Golden Year of Crypto" where mainstream adoption (and price) increased all the way to the moon. Bitcoin was the one that benefited the most as it went all the way from $1k to $20k in just a matter of months. 2021 could make Bitcoin reach higher prices, having a positive effect over altcoins' mainstream adoption. For what I know, everything is just pure speculation. As long as you buy, "hodl", and sell at the right time, you'll be able to achieve peace of mind in your financial life. It's all a matter of exploiting every opportunity available in order to be successful in crypto land. Just my thoughts Grin

2017 has been a very lucrative year for our cryptocurrencies. This 2017 has given a lot of profits to many because there was a very strong market, and all the coins pumped a lot. But now it has pumped a lot in 2019 too but this 2019 has not pumped all the coins so I think 2017 was a lucky year for us.

In my opinion 2017 was a wake up call year because at that time so many were profiting of the people that just heard of crypto and wanted to invest so a lot of scams and a lot of good money was lost. I think we are getting more mature now and looking for potential and security because the technology is clearly there and running.

I dont think that we can simply say that the year 2017 is said to be the "golden year of crypto" but I think its better to say that it is part of the milestone happened cryptos knowing that mostly all the cryptos boosted and  by that year. And I also guess that the golden year of cryptocurrencies is now just approaching very soon.

indeed, i agree with you, because a big sign already show up on bitcoin price, for sure 2021 bitcoin and altcoins will growth together in crypto market
so, if we said 2017 is the golden year for crypto maybe 2021 will be more than 2017

Many more things will happen in the coming years of crypto. Let's not immediately end the first year that it has risen sharply. The journey of crypto is just begun, so I think 2017 is not yet the Golden year for crypto. Let's wait more than what happened last 2017.

I think golden years should not only be determined by the price or value of coins during the years but how they improve, upgrade, and the usage of a certain technology or blockchain in a business, I must say that every year crypto is getting more and more attention to the world so it's hard to say if 2017 is already the golden year

I think that 2021 will definitely be the golden year of cryptocurrencies. The market is in an awesome situation now and cryptos are still continuing to go higher. I believe that 2021 will be a better year for cryptos comparing to this year. I think the demand will be higher in 2021 and crypto prices will reach higher levels than these too.

The price of bitcoin had reached without any huge difficulty on 2017, it will not be a wondering one.In 2020, the price of bitcoin again reached to 19, 000$ it's not a easy task. Many country in world had a big thread to bitcoin for now. By facing all issues, bitcoin had reached same 19k$ will be the wondering one for sure.
