You can actually do it not just for fun but also for money making. You know, it's useless to bet on many games that you aren't familiar either, you'll still end up losing most of your bets and your money. So it's best to bet only on selected games wherein you have good background on its players or on the teams that are involved in it because that  would mean giving you the opportunity to win more rather than just betting on random games and lost all your funds with just a blink of an eye.

What do you think? Is it possible for a gambler with a long bet slip to be gambling for fun?
It is also fun to bet having a very long slip but using just $1 for the bet. You do not necessary need to watch the whole matches that you bet on. I do not watch the match that I bet on. I prefer to let the match end before checking the bet slip. Although, there are exceptions, especially if the match is from well known league like English Premier League. I remember I bet on Chelsea versus Manchester City and I watched it while I was with my friend drinking and eating where we hanged out. It has been the last that I bet on that I watched till now.

What do you think? Is it possible for a gambler with a long bet slip to be gambling for fun?
Yes. At the end of the day, it is on us if we want to watch all of those games that we bet on and still consider everything for fun. We can't change someone's justification if they have a long bet slip and then will say it's all for fun. We get nothing from proving them wrong and there's no sense with such. And even I, sometimes I got a long bet slip but I have decided to bet only for few because I am enjoying it and also I am able to watch some of the games that I am betting on. The fun is on our part whether it is about betting itself, watching the game or plainly both of it. I don't mind others business if they are up for fun or not as long as I am for it.

What do you think? Is it possible for a gambler with a long bet slip to be gambling for fun?
Not possible I'm always a victim of such. I do place bets for as long as 30 games, and out of those games, it can only be 5 of them that I can be able to watch because that's where I pick interest.

The rest of the games that are available on that bet slip are not for the purpose of fun but rather to increase the potential amount that I could be able to win from the slip if there is any luck, so it's for the winning and not entirely for the fun, but some people can argue that it's for both.

Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
I don't even consider betting on games as something really fun to do.. I mean, I'm wagering with my money and all I'm left with are the tickets and an "increased anxiety".... Who's ever happy with that? What hold keeps me in the game without wavering is the fact that I could cut a win at the end.

Watching the game is a different space of entertainment that is almost irreplaceable; The hype, the trolls, the moments where the ball hits the cross bar and everyone screams in symphony? The whimpers? .... It's just indescribable!
I mean, I can feel very okay by watching a football match without wagering on it, but I won't feel better in any case if I wagered without the facilities to watch the game -- I'd rather get engaged with real life problems.

True entertainment can only be had by gamblers who bet on sports matches that they also watch, so if they make long betting slips, I'm not sure they are aiming for entertainment. However, in different cases, they might get fun, of course with a small betting amount, they do it just to try their luck on the analyzes they have done.

Do you consider gamblers who bet on fewer games that they can watch to be gambling more for fun than to make money?

My answer
It is a yes for me, because fun is not just in betting on these games, but following up with these games by watching them contributes to the fun you intend to have. If you bet on so many games across many leagues that have kick-off times clashing, then you are obviously betting with more intention to make money than have fun because there is no way you are going to watch all these games at the same time.

On the general note, I for once don't like betting on games I intend to watch and the reason is because if I should place a bet on such games I won't be able to followup with my bets to take some action that can save me from total loses, this is because when watching a football match you could easily be carried away with the fun of the games.

So for be when I want to have fun, I just watch the match without placing any bet on them, and if I want to gamble I know I am not in for fun but for the winning and at point I only bet and follow up with the games from my device to be able to make any possible cash out when the time be in other to prevent total lose or take the avaliable profits if I don't want to wait till the end of the game.

There can be two situations where a sports bettor might only bet on games that they watch or can watch. The first reason is the one you mentioned, it's for fun because it makes it more fun when you have a bet on the game you are watching, the other reason is that the person wants to get some profit but he wants to watch the games live on which they made their bets, so they don't make a lot of bets and only do it when they know they can watch the games live to find out the results immediately after the game is over.

If you ask me, if I'm that kind of a bettor who only bets on games they watch, I would say it will only be for fun because if I want to earn profit from sports betting, there is no way I wouldn't make bets on other games that I can't watch because there are hundreds of such opportunities where you can get an easy win but you might not be able to watch the games live.
