Do you consider gamblers who bet on fewer games that they can watch to be gambling more for fun than to make money?
My answer
It is a yes for me, because fun is not just in betting on these games, but following up with these games by watching them contributes to the fun you intend to have. If you bet on so many games across many leagues that have kick-off times clashing, then you are obviously betting with more intention to make money than have fun because there is no way you are going to watch all these games at the same time.
What do you think? Is it possible for a gambler with a long bet slip to be gambling for fun?
I think that betting on football matches is an activity that kills sincere emotions in us. Everyone watches football out of interest, and being a fan means rooting for your favorite teams, and not sitting and worrying about whether your bet will play or not.
I love eSports, but I have never bet, because my feelings would be different. Money always spoils any sincere interest, and I think that you need to be able to experience bright emotions, without any admixture of economic benefit. And earnings should be dealt with separately.
