That is true, I haven't seen active ICOs on the platform lately. But it can change with the smart contract which is expectd soon on the mainnet.

Well, I strongly believe the value of ocean will definitely increase as the year passes by. A good prospect in it and worth investing into. I really do have some of their free tokens already and also increasing d wave go units via the website sink too. I also have the iPhone app on phone to monitor its movement in the coin market. I can't tell in the next few years what becomes of waves its of nice concept but I clearly don't understand the platform. Stellar platform is out I can understand but waves platform is way complicated form
