Waves actually has good prospect in the future. But it's too risky to enter now, because it's still fluctuative. For some reason, this could be your option to invest for very longterm if you have spare funds. Many people do believe it could be main exchange transaction.
I think that Waves has a very bright future. The platform was built with regulation in mind, as they are partnered with Deloitte. This puts them ahead of the game, as major corporations will only adopt platforms that are compliant with government regulations.
Waves is definitely a project with great potential, but in recent months I do not think there have been great improvements in its development, I hope that in this new year there may be good news and that we can establish itself as one of the leaders of the sector

Yeah, I mean Tokenomica. Been to meetup in Moscow and Sasha said there that Tokenomica is among their top priorities this year as they had built connections with Singapore government. He told that the communication was very active. So there is a hope to see results this year.

Yeah, I'm not too disappointed actually if that doesn't take off yet. I'd really prefer if Sasha and co just do as they have been, quietly developing Waves NG. Allow adoption to happen in the current manner, but perhaps really try and advocate more projects to launch on Waves platform. I think those who did are feeling a bit envious of those who chose easier options like ERC20 but they will be happy at least Waves has doubled in price since the last 6 months, even after this crash. And the DEX! It really has to grow!

suddenly the waves in the crypto scared some countries that the amount of money increased very quickly. so the fluctuations have become more frequent. As the crypto power increases, these fluctuations will decrease.
Sadly, but I think Waves platform will die in the next years. Even now it's almost dead. The majority of projects use Ethereum and those who dare to use Waves usually can't even collect a minimum funds for their needs. Ethereum is too strong.
