you must hold man, nothing to discuss. if you are sell now, you will cry when market goes bullish.
If you have only lost 30%, congratulations, you are doing better than many here. Now coming to the real question, either you can sell all your coins and hope that btc make a drop to 2k level and all alts drop along with it and buy at that time, or just keep holding and maybe btc goes up from here and a massive fomo begins in alts.

in my opinion, you must hold it first because if you sell coins, you will lose a lot, wait until the market recovers because this kind of event is common. but it's all back to you. You have the right to hold or sell your coins.
In fact, do not be surprised if the price of coins continues to fall further before it can recover. In any case, you need to be able to protect yourself from panic to become a successful investor.

I think, you better do your research on the coins you have. If you think the coin has an obstacle to increase or experience a problem, better sell it because holding it is just useless and you will get big losses. But, if you think the coin just plain decrease and will recover, it's better to hold it.
This month is still not the peak where altcoins including bitcoin will start rising maybe it is in ber months where the price will grow so it is safe to sell your coin and re invest in September or October.
I suggest you to look closely on every particular coin that you have and decide for yourself is it worthy to continue holding
Since the market is in blood bath it is better to hodl than to sell. We're just at the 1st quarter of the year there's more to expect either it will be pump or it's going down. Better just relax. Hodl it for quite sometime, there's always a light at the end of a tunnel.

Just hold and wait soon the price will surely recover again form its dip now. Yhe best thing you have to do now is buy more if you have enough money and hold it for a long term to increase your investments and earn more in the future. 
you have 2 options to do, panic sell now and maybe you gonna cry later, or you have to extra patience and hold enough and maybe you will get profit later.
