I expect those manipulators and those who kept accumulating BTC and all other tokens will be richer and will not interrupt growth of tokens and adoption for the world to actually learn more about blockchain and can be used widely for all to have a good economic growth. Its not easy developing all these projects, we don't want all these to go to waste.
In 2019, the status of icos depends on what the market will be. My personal opinion is that 2019 will be similar to 2018 and will not change much.
I can't give good predictions, everything can change instantly. like ico in 2018 it was very good at the beginning but the end of this year was very bad.

of course for the ICO 2019 project, I hope that it will be even more brilliant, of course we as prizes hunters are always present with good projects that have large funds and expensive tokens. that will all happen if the Many ICO Projects are successful. hopefully the ICO Project will be further improved in 2019.
The whole market took a hit and ICOs were not spared too. The money was pulled away from crypto slowly and slowly during this whole 2018 period and ico found it difficult to raise funds from crowdfunding so the projects with good potential managed to fund their project from private funding and others failed to raise.
In 2019 if market recovers then icos will see a good time too as its always best to buy potential projects in their pre-sale with the lucrative bonus they offer.

in my opinion 2019 will be better than this year and it will be more successful, which I complain about ICO is now a scam and often fails which makes me frustrated, rather than the profit and even the losses that I get, hopefully this year will be better.

I have high hopes for the successful development of the ICO market in 2019. Next year, the active growth of the crypto market should recover, so many ICOs will get real chances for successful development. But for this you need to introduce a new work algorithm that will help investors.
It seems like there will be more regulations for ICOs. That could significantly decrease their numbers in my view, but the overall quality of them may can be better, and of course, less scams.
I only hope that in 2019 there will be a special institution that handles ICO meaning that the ICO will pass a feasibility test before plunging to find investors in the field. This is important to avoid ICO fraud. I just want to get a qualified and responsible ICO. I just hope that this ICO will come up with a unique and different project innovation and coins than before so that the difference is really from the previous ICO. I also hope that the subsequent emergence of the ICO must really be thought through so that it is not only euphoria to hold as many ICOs as possible but also balanced with equal responsibility.
So you want a centralized institution telling you what icos are good enough for your investment? That goes against the decentralization that is so present in this market, cryptocurrencies strive to give their users absolute freedom but with that freedom comes a huge amount of responsibilities as well like deciding in which ico you want to invest and if you lose your money there is no one else to blame but yourself.Decentralized exchanges means more freedom,less paperwork,less headaches,less comissions etc. What you said here is also case for centralized exchanges. Who knows what will happen before it has happened? We are just discussing the one of hundred thousand possibilities with speculating non-reasonable expectations. Responsibilities are part of self control and there is no cutting sword for such kind of people who likes to lose money in scam ICOs...
What I am hoping is the end to the ICO craze, the crap is washed out and is not support, I want to see regulation and the entrance of security token ICOs, only then investors will be confident in this space. Too much dumb money moved around in 2017-2018

i think 2019 will be stable period, and 2020 will succesfull.
i think you want search good ICO, but you need weit minimum 1 year.
i have my favorites, for example - champion shave - i think this ICO will kEY for better future.

I think if the market returns slightly normal, then we can see big rises again in the 2019 but we are seeing btc is very low level and I dont think icos can be successful at this market conditions so we will wait good signal from btc and market.
I hope that all ico in 2019 can achieve their targets on soft caps and hard caps, and the ico that runs from this year can also achieve the same target and the same success so that they can immediately get rewards and also get good exchange rates on the market exchange.
