I hope that for the ICOs that will be in 2019, I really hope that the ICO will be very useful and can have a very expensive price so that ICO participants can benefit a lot.
I continue to believe in the great value and excellent potential for the successful development of the ICO market in the future. It seems to me that 2019 will be more better than 2018 for all ICOs industry. People began to understand that they can lose the money. They began to choose a project for investment better. A lot of scam projects is dead. I think this is the main reason for the fall of the market.
I think that the most promising projects in 2019 these are the projects that are currently running the ICO. Because it is precisely those projects that receive maximum funds at the bottom of this market will be able to get the maximum profit when the market grows and their tokens will also grow very strongly along with the entire market.
I am not sure if something is going to change for the better in 2019. We had too much scam ICOs before, so i think may be we will see some successful projects, but most will fail.
I guess we just have to make the most long term investments in ICOs with the perspective of holding tokens/coins, that their projects are having a practical positive impact on the crypto market, but traditional market as well. For example, either choosing projects like BitPay, Modern Finance Chain, etc that tend to drive people towards mass crypto adoption with their unique payment gateway infrastructure.
Of course, our hope is that by 2019 there will be many positive changes. Especially for ICO projects, more ICO projects will experience success. And we hope that success in 2017 will be repeated in 2019.

Well this year, the thing happen is the price of bitcoin becomes low that is why other ICO's failed because they don't have any investors. Investors that time do not want to use bitcoin in investing because the price of it is currently low. It depends on market condition, if the market gets better in next year then we can see better icos than 2018, but you are seeing the state of the crypto market and it is very bad so I don't have much hope also. For no one it is a secret that this year for the ICOs was not the best

ICO will be dead in 2019, reason been that SEC said most of these utility tokens are Security, for me if the STO platform do get themselves inorder we should expect the rise of STO tokens, not the ones offered by Polymath but expect those underground projects to still the show and expect some of these existing ICOs to start converting their tokens to STO tokens
I do not think ICO will be dead next year, if that so then crowdfunding had been dead by now. ICO is another kind of crowdfunding, it is a good thing that SEC butt in to regulate stuff, once this field is cleared of half-baked and scams, i believe ICO will be lively again.

Despite the strong crisis of the ICO market, it is still of great importance for cryptography and real chances for successful development in the future. I very much hope that there will be new technologies and algorithms that will at least partially protect investors from fraudulent projects.
I can't give good predictions, everything can change instantly. like ico in 2018 it was very good at the beginning but the end of this year was very bad.

My expected happened on ico's in 2019 will be the same this year. Nothing will change if the king of crypto or bitcoin still crashing. Nowadays investors are basing on the price of bitcoin which is high to get profit after list on exchange.
