My expectation is that 2019 will continue to see the first effects of regulation, with KYC becoming mandatory for most if not all new projects.
I think we'll also continue to see lower expectations and lower soft and hard caps from new projects as the ICO fever of 2017 has dissipated completely.

We are already in the first quarter of 2019 and as we see scam ico's are still popping like a mushroom but this year does not dictate on what will happen next year so its okay because ico can still recover from this dilemma and besides we still have 3 qurters to come this year . the flow can be change so better wait for it

I am monitoring some ongoing ICO now in telegram and seems like theres no changes from 2018 but ofcourse this is too early to predict,but i dont want to be mo optimistic since the shadow of the last years bearish still exists today,what i am doing now is to hope that some good things will occur the market specially the Legitimate and potentially ICOs because i am looking for atleast 2 project to invest this year not like in 2018 when i ignored all of them For no one it is a secret that this year for the ICOs was not the best

I do not expect anything good, rather even expect the deterioration of the current situation in this direction, the ICO will fever in such a market for a very long time
The fate and performance of ICOs is dependent on market conditions a lot. Once the next bull cycle gets fully underway, ICOs will do fine.
There are still lots of ico going on though there have been slow growth and lots of changes I think is mostly due to market condition Most investors are trying to find the next market direction so i think is going to take some time...but for now ico is still going on while STO and some regulations are coming in HOT

I do not expect anything from icos, I am not interested in them and if I am going to invest in a coin then that coin needs to have been in the market for some time, I know this is going to limit the amount of coins in which I can invest but to me that is a good thing since I do not have the money to invest in every single project that is released every day.
Nothing to expect for ICOs for this year. Most of them are drought and doesn't want to continue anymore. I've witnessed few projects to success during the bear market but until now there are quite good number of ICOs that are trying it hard. They are bound to think that it's not going to work out so they usually think that it's better to postpone the ICO and wait until the market gets better.

we cannot predict what will actually happen to ico this year. throughout the past year, there were not many successful ico. Hopefully this year there will be a market growth that will make ico investors come and re-crowded. there aren't many ico investors who believe in the ico project now, because most ico scams last year.

First of all, it would not hurt to get rid of fraudsters in the company's ico market, and then the investment attractiveness would be much higher. I think that each of us understands that the influx of investments in new projects at the ico stage of the company gives a good level of development to these ideas.

Indeed, there is not so much expectation about ICO this year when the field is in a crisis period, many projects have been abandoned and become scams, even for projects that have been successful, the profit it brings to investors is very low, even many projects make investors lose when the value after listing is lower than the price in ico. The situation up to this point is not too much positive change, unless the market has new wave of recovery and resources, investors return positively, otherwise, I feel ICO will be fuzzy and no longer attractive to everyone.
