I will pay attention to my diet. When I feel that my body is not what I want, I will eat more vegetables and try to eat less high-fat foods. At the same time, I go back to fitness and do some exercises, so that my fat is burning, and this is also a better way for my body. I think a good figure lies in self-discipline and persistence. As long as we have a good habit, our figure will get better.

Hiking is always a good way to keep fit and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. I know one of my favorite things is hiking to a remote place to fly my drone around. It’s a great way to get some exercise while getting out in nature and playing with some cool technology.  Smiley

Eat less and exercise more, eat breakfast every day, try to keep water intake, and eat more whole grains instead of fried and high-sugar foods.

I used to have motivation, i bought a bike and was riding that on 20-25 miles trips then i just got bored of it because of how long it took.

Then i started running, but i hate bad weather so i only run when it's not too hot and not too cold

Then i joined the gym, and covid happened so the gym was kinda half open half shut

exercise is a chore to me, and is never enjoyable

To be fit I exercise every morning for about 1 hour and swim 3 times per week and also I maintain a good diet and have a healthy life, this is the key of success.

I don't sleep for a long time in the morning. And when I wake up I’m not lying in bed. Morning exercises, shower, breakfast. I walk to the office to work. In the evening, a walk to the park, to the river. I don’t drink alcohol, I don’t smoke cigarettes. Lead a healthy lifestyle.
