Move around a lot, if you are going somewhere and its just minutes away - or just walk or jog in the morning. You can do sports too.

The only things I do for keeping myself fit are: not skipping my meals and going for a walk regularly. I sometimes neglected doing one of these and it affected me in a bad way a little. I haven't ever been to a gym. I'm thinking of it but it won't be soon surely.  Grin

Eating less is not correct, eating right food in right quantity which suits your body functionality is more important. And then to remain fit you need to do some physical exercise which could be anything like playing some sport, doing zumba or enjoying the dance, working out in gym etc which will help you remain active and fit.

I play tennis three time a week, about 40m each time, it helps. and my tennis skill is improving step by step, next weekend I'm gonna take part in a tennis match of my community and I'm really excited about it now! it;s better to make your way of exercising a hobby to protect your perseverance Smiley
