Do you have a personal coach or do you control youe workouts yourself?
I lose patience when somebody tells me what to do, so for me Beets BLU hrm was the best option, what about you, guys?  Roll Eyes
i am doing it myslef ,going to Gym twice or trice a week atl east 1-2 hours per session.having Food supplement (all naturals) and sleeping 6-8 hours at night ,and also having exercise every morning 15-30 mins daily.

I exercise myself by my own.
The secret on how to keep myself fit is to do my workout everyday. If you exercise everyday for 30 mins you will be on a great physical form.

I have no personal coach but I am a little more careful in my own fitness to control my workout. Because I get fat when I eat regularly This is why you look at eating your body to keep fit And every morning I go to the gym with the rules of walking It fits my body a lot now.

I love taking care of myself and I exercise with an application that I download on my cell phone. But I don't take care of myself in my diet, I love to eat, because I'm one of those people who eat a lot and don't get fat. But sometimes for not eating well, my health is affected. So I am trying to improve my diet to feel better, continue training to gain strength and tone my body. Cool Cool

Jogging in the morning 4 to 5 times a week and eating only what my stomach accepts - goal is to not make my stomach feel uncomfortable - disciplined eating.

I can not find time to do sports like most people in life. Sometimes I play football with my friends. When i am alone, i am jogging. Btw if it is possible, i try to walk without taking a bus.

I just follow a routine to stay fit. I just don't eat too much. Actually i only eat 3 times a day. I don't eat any junk food. So I'm still fit. Grin

To stay fit, when I have the chance I avoid taking the bus and I walk. Walking is good for me and for the environement so why not? Cheesy Plus, to stay fit I do daily push-ups.

I really don't want to spend a fortune on trainers and gym memberships. What I do is I simply buy (sometimes they're free) VR fitness apps that I can do anywhere, anytime. I can do boxing one day and a virtual cardio tour the next. Some action packed games will even keep me on my feet as I move to fight enemies. It's so fun, that it sometimes doesn't feel like a workout.

I control it by myself. I just making any physical activity each day: running, riding a bicyle, walking a long paths or doing a workout.

I do a healthy lifestyle, eat nutritious food, get enough sleep, exercise every Sunday, keep away from cigarettes and alcoholic beverages

I just do exercises in the mornings, I do push-ups, and in the evenings I jog!  This is enough for me!

I try to run my dogs everyday and go to the gym 4 times a week for about 1 1/2 hours.

I also do my best to eat well (boiled chicken, rice and broccoli)
