When I'm stress, I just sleep. Go away from my computer and sleep on the bed.

Take a bed rest, trust me it helps.

I always remind myself there is no reason to get stressed or feel overwhelmed. If you find yourself starting to feel stressed yes it is easy to turn to Alcohol, smoking ect (Alcohol for me) but I like to take a step back mentally and realise that nothing is more important in life than your health and family. Take a moment to appreciate what you have in life and remember that no matter the situation there is always a solution. Not to mention one very big thing... never feel afraid to ask for help.  Smiley

What I do when I get stressed is sleep, because only then do I get away from reality and at the same time it helps me to relax.
In case I can not sleep I start watching a movie,
or I'm going to play soccer.

Good day to all. When I experience stress, I take a can of unfiltered beer and play online at the casino, namely, in slots, here’s one of them https://slotsspot.com/online-free-slots/10-burning-heart-euro-games-technology/ , I relieve stress in this way, the brain is distracted really. All good luck Less nervous, nerve cells are not recovered.

Simple answer, calm down because that's the best thing someone could do in a stress situation. There is no point in overthinking things since this would complicate your situation even more. Calm down, analyze your problems and find a solution to solve it. Belive me, even if it's seems impossible to get through that situation, there always is a solution to every problem.

I'm in much the same position as you, but I find it helps to detach myself completely from what is causing me the stress. Turn off your electric appliances and your mobile phone. Don't be afraid to be uncontactable for a while. Give your mind space and time to be calm. Go and lose yourself in nature - in the woods or the forest, or by the sea or near water as some have said, these are all immensely calming. In today's world, we don't give ourselves time for ourselves. We allow ourselves to be constantly distracted by phones, Facebook, and things that don't really matter, and we become overwhelmed. It's ok to do absolutely nothing sometimes and not tell the world about it. Try Yoga or meditation, find a local group who can help with this. Others have also mentioned aromatherapy oils, these are great for helping the mind to relax, try them!

Advice to go and have a cup of tea, or alcohol. or play games are well meaning, but when you are truly stressed none of these things help, even if you think they do. They are just a sticking plaster, holding together a much more serious wound and they might actually make things worse. To completely reset your mind, you need to take yourself fully out of your situation, which is causing the stress. Try my suggestions above, and if they don't help, go and find professional help. Find someone to talk to, not a friend or relative, someone who will listen without judgment. Maybe then you will find a way out of the darkness. I hope this helps, good luck.
