I take a hot bath with aromatic oils, foam and sea salt. Cheesy
If i have money, I go to the spa procedures in the salon.

I don't know why, but for some time, it just seems a bunch of things are piling up and I'm just cranky and burst out of stupid reasons. I probably am not as stressed as other people are, but it just seems a bunch of things are piling up against me and my usual system of solving things doesn't work properly anymore.

Whenever I'm stressed, I usually play video games, listen to my favourite musics.or watch TV. This often distract me from boredom and stress.

Enjoy and see the changes in the world around you. If you have the conditions, you can travel inland and abroad with relatives. I correct what stresses me. *stressed
I call my girlfriend we go outing then end the day with sex although if she isn't close by, I go watch some movie or hag out with friends at the bar.
