What I've done when I got stressed is doing things that can separate my mind and make myself happy all the time. I usually listen to music which actually feels me better and others stuff.

Usually when I experience stress, I decide to go on vacation to a place that has beautiful scenery and calm atmosphere.

Stress is not a simple thing that should be ignored. Stress could cause harm in individual especially on the mind, body and soul hence this should be paid more attention to it. Isn't gambling can trigger more stress? because how you would able to remove your stress if you were playing gambling and ending up to be loser? Imagine you are playing gambling then your money was lost all of a sudden it would be painful right? then how come that it will get away your stress? It could be a gateway instead.
You have a point but the thing is you don't need to put a huge amount of money to satisfy yourself or to relieve your stress, a small amount would be enough to enjoy your gameplay. The purpose of playing gambling is for entertainment not a sort of source of income. Most of the people think gambling in another way like a profit but the truth is, it is just for purely entertainment nothing simple as that.

I love going up mountains and stay there for atleast 2days and night

I found peace in nature,sometimes i go with my wife or eldest son and if have lots of chances the whole family will come with me.

With that my stress in work and anything gone

Well, when I am stress, I always get my laptop, open it and watch full season of an Anime. By that, I forget all my worries and stress. I also play guitar.

When I get stress from works or in house I just sleep or sometime I do all my hobbies such as playing online games, sports, playing online and offline gambling. My favorite sports are swimming and basket and in online games I usually play League of Legends and in my favorite gambling games in online and offline are poker and blackjack.
I do the same because in that way I can relax myself and reduce stress, I also love playing different casino games especially slots. Aside from that I also read some books and listen to music.
There are different ways to relief ourselves from stress and I prefer playing on a gambling site because I was able to play different casino games. By the way listening to some calming music is a great idea too but now I just watch some movies which is really cool.

When I'm stressed I usually spend my time eating and watching movies because I tend to not think about it too much. Whenever I am stress I would just play my favorite MOBA,
But sometimes it wouldn't really help because of my team mates that would lead our game into defeat, it would just make me frustrated.

Can you tell a little more details about your condition? What happened to you in the previous couple weeks.
If we find the root of the problem we can easily fix it.

Anyways... a lot of people go jogging or meditate. Jogging brings you fresh air and relaxes your body. Meditation clears your mind.
You should improve your overall condition before making the next step. And after clearing your head maybe you will find out that there was no reason to stress out in the first place.

Make a list of "What makes me happy" staff or at least things that make you feel better.  Cheesy   Whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed start doing things listed in it.
It also helps to have a cheerful playlist ready  Smiley  so when you are busy at work and things are getthing out of your control just go out for a break and get back in a better mood Wink
