Do you know that scientific studies have found that the mind does not know the difference between a real event and an imagined one? When they hooked-up athletes to sophisticated monitoring systems they found that the same neurons in the brain fired when a person imagined an event as did when they actually did it.

If you look up the dictionary a typical definition will explain stress as "a force exerted when one body presses on, pulls on, pushes against, or tends to compress or twist another body." When you experience stress in your life I am sure you will agree that it often feels as though an external force is pressing against you.

When you get stressed you should get relaxed by yourself by living all the work.
Have some rest and listen the songs which you feel satisfied.
when your stressed you cant do the work in the proper away also.

Try to do something active. Go for a walk for instance! For me personally going to the gym is a huge stress reliever

I read my favorite comics. Or I am watching porn  Grin.
I also tell stories on this channel(https://discord.gg/zNfDy7W), the guys draw me comics. If you talk about your problem actually becomes easier.

Every time when I'm stressed I stay at home and do what I like: cook, watch movies and listen to the music. Just do what you like and never mind.

When I'm stress out, I watch my favorite episode of my favorite TV show...Or I read a book or I write to clear my mind and remind myself that life is too short to be lived in a stressed way. Just breath and you'll realise that the thing that stresses you  is not that much worth all that stress.

When am stressed,  2 things I like doing is sleeping after betting or reading.  I just do that and afterwards, I sleep.  There is a need for a recovery mechanism after being stressed. I usually drink hot black tea with lemon and honey and watch some movies. Also I go fo a will and listen to my favorite music. It helps to stop thinking about problems.

It doesn`t really matter what you do when you`re stressed but rather what you don`t do.
Everybody has its own stress coping mechanisms, they are different for all. The main point is to refrain from taking important decisions when you`re stressed.
Many people ignore this simple rule as they think that they`re all right and can push a little bit further - but in fact the choice will be far from rational.

We all suffer from the effects of stress - some more than others. In this world that is getting faster and wanting more from us it can be hard to keep stress in check. From our jobs to our relationships stress seems to be apparent everywhere. It is just a part of life. Or is it?
