I am not optimistic to this coin .If I want to pay my money by cards, why not a bank card?I don't think Plexcoin could promise the security of their cards safer than banks.
I don't know because every day new project is being started and most of them will be disaappered in the future.

What feedback?They haven't done anything. It's opinions and everyone can have one without any repercussions.

They're also saying that if they sell everything in the presale, Plexcoin will be worth $1.75 on launch. Thinking of investing in this one.
believe me, for get about the plexcoin visa card that will be related to the non sense idea. I mean you can see the tenx, monaco and a lot of the project that has never released the card. I mean if that's in your dream and never be released in the real life or usage 
Invest that much you can afford to loose . I can find information about plexcoin in their website only. And don't know this is scam or legal. It is better to trade on poloniex or coinbase i think.
