Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?
All the big casino websites out there will never cheat their customers. Their thinking is always at a height. But we heard a news earlier that a Nigerian man won $51000 with just $1.07.That such a big win was given to him but he was not cheated. So let's say that all the big casino sites out there don't cheat their customers. But all those casino sites deceive customers that all casino sites have no popularity and no future plans.
Well, we as players must and we are clear that on some occasions we can detect when a casino has suspicious behavior, and one of the easiest ways is when they begin to complain or file some complaints about their withdrawals, problems, delays, all this. They are indications, when a casino starts like this, the best thing is to withdraw and get away as much as possible, because it is most likely that they will have financial problems, however there are casinos that start very well and those that are good do not have any problem with any client .

Sometimes the misunderstandings always occur when one or more people start making withdrawals and the casinos as a security measure demand something from them, whether it is a KYC for security or something and from there the problems begin.

Solid evidence should really be provided so that the community would be able to say that you are telling the truth and not just simply trolling around because community wont really be giving out their advises and
sympathy if they wont really be able to see that the thing been complaint was real or just joking.Whenever a certain gambler or user had experienced these locked or hold funds then it would really be
sensible that negotiations would be happening first in between the user and the casino. If the user hadnt get some convincing answers or explainations then this is where these issues
should be posted on forums and if things turns out not to be able to get resolved then legal actions should be made up too.
There are people who want to do defamation on some casino and just posting a scam accusation against that casino would put a casino on the spot that's why it is needed some solid proofs and good stand point of the people who are putting an accusation otherwise it would be invalid for most of the forum members here. If ever the accusation where true and verified by the members here, The casino should respond or the casino would put in a bad spot like being tagged as scam here that would basically ruin their reputation especially if they are a mid to high rated gambling casino. The casino would lose a number of their customers obviously and a casino who has a good wouldn't want that. There is a low chance that casino who has a reputation wouldn't solve their case, If the victim is sure that he haven't do anything wrong. Putting up a legal case on them would be worth it especially if the casino is holding a big amount of your funds.

You can easily take action if you're with a legitimate and highly reputable casino site but if you're gambling with a scam site, I guess it will be hard for you to get paid since that's their common scamming strategy. The important things that you should do is to provide legal proof to that you didn't violate any of their TOS and have clearly read and understood all of it and that you've complied with all their requirements. Make sure that you can support and justify your claims with legal evidence.
It is important in those cases to begin to gather all the evidence that you can if you think the casino is trying to get away with not paying you, now we must also learn the difference between a legitimate casino just checking that everything is alright and verifying that there was no cheating and a casino trying to scam you, because if the win is really big even trusted casinos will need to go through a series of steps in order to confirm that your win is legitimate, and once that happens you will be paid.

The first thing you need to remember is that for large scale gambling you must be gambling at a licensed casino site. Then if it happens as you mentioned in your post then immediately report it to the licensing company for that casino with all valid proof. Then they can help you.  And if there is any ANN in this forum about that casino then don't feel free to open a scam case against that site. It might also help you in some way to get your fair

Of course, before everything, the casino platform must be in the legitimate category operating legally under any government agency that belongs to this area or country. Because if a casino belongs to an unregulated business, it doesn't need to go through the legal way because it turns out to be illegal, and after that, there's no chance of getting what you want back from them.

But if it is regulated, in short, the casino platform is legitimate, the legal way is the right first step for you to take in a situation like that dude. So that everything will move according to the proper process in my opinion and my view.

I stand with Ukraine.
And yeah, many scammers, or frustrated gambling addicts are coming here and accusing various sites in something that hasn't happened, but they are easily spotted by the community.
True!

When someone feels innocent and thought of that he's been refused to get paid by the casino with his assumed "winnings". On the other side, he's just a frustrated gambler that wants to take back his loses.

But eventually, everyone from the community finds out that he's in no position to accused the casino because everything went well and according to the process and the thing is that, he just lost.

If he can show proof that he is clean and he is unjustly accused of cheating then he has a case, there are instances or cases where the accused is innocent its the casino's fault, everything depends on the proof, but if you have a good case it's better that you have it against a casino with a good reputation because they are more than willing to correct their mistakes, gives the money back and even compensate the complainant.

That's right, there are such cases too. Even the fairest casino in the world is not immune to mistakes. But what distinguishes them from scammers is that they can admit their mistakes, and, yes, they can not only unblock a mistakenly blocked account, not only allow to withdraw money from it, but they can even compensate the complainant if he/she was wrongly accused.

If its a high-rated gambling site, most likely they will honor your winnings. Hope that you have not violated any of the terms of use that they set for their casino like using multiple accounts, excessive bonus hunting, exploiting loopholes etc.

What I will do if they really withheld your winnings:
1) Find the Ann thread in bitcointalk and show all the screenshots, definitely someone will come over to find you.
2) Go to sites like Askgambler, Casinoguru to post your cases
3) Find their social media like TG, twitter, Instagram etc and start asking for their customer service. Most probably they will ask to DM
4) Try to withdraw smaller amounts along the way and continue playing to show that you are a legit player.

However do give them time to investigate or process your refunds, but do keep in constant contact so that they know you are on the line on it. Good luck!
You equally have a point here, and to be frankly speaking, these are actually the right steps for one to take if your funds are been withheld by a legitimate gambling casino. But if the casino happens to be a scam casino just like "1xbit" and co, then I'm sorry, all efforts will be a total waste of time, as funds will never be recovered. Which is why choosing the right casino to gamble with, is the first thing any gambler must do for safe gambling and fund security.

We as small customers cannot take much action if this kind of fraud occurs. But I will complain on different sites like ANN threat casino chatting site etc section. And I will tell all the members about my fraud. To them I will reflect the integrity of the entire incident. If every customer is aware then slowly all those casino sites will be destroyed.
If this happens to anyone, the needful to be done is to make complains to any reputable cryptocurrency platform,  this should be done with a clear evidence to show how real it is. Making awareness is just the best because it has a final result.
reputable cryptocurrency forum? in which? Bitcointalk?  Grin

the best thing to do is to check if they have representative in this forum because if none? then for whom you will complain here?

post in ask gambler , but one thing for sure, there is a very tin chance that you can get your funds back if the site is truly scam .

Bitcoin is GOD
Probably, most of the unresolved complaints are those coming from suspicious gamblers, which later on discovered as big time scammers. However, most of the mid to high rated casinos have quickly resolved the legal complaints thrown at them, otherwise they will ruin their own credibility which they happen to build for the longest time. If there are still unresolved cases, maybe these high rated sites have their own reasons for that.
It is common to see users which are new to the forum make wild accusations against casinos that have a good reputation in the forum, despite this fact the community still takes seriously any accusation as long as there is evidence of any wrongdoing from the casinos, but most of the time we find out that the ones that are in the wrong are the users making those accusations, and in many cases this is a recurrent behavior in them.

With this in mind the scenario the OP is proposing is not very realistic, as most casinos understand their reputation is worth way more than whatever they need to pay to a player which won big at their casino.

I agree with what you want to do. First we have to collect all the evidence and then we have to file a report against them. I don't know if there will be any action against them if we report in their name. So knowing everything we have.  If we have to act with understanding, we may face problems now. Therefore, what we do should be done after thinking a few times before.
Hopefully, it can make all members aware of the scam they are doing and keep them away from that casino site. Slowly, it will surely make the casino lose its reputation and, of course, its members. But we don't know if they will continue to promote elsewhere because the internet can make them still able to get new members who will become their targets. But at least the members in this forum can be more aware of casino sites like this so they will never play on such sites. There are still many casino sites that have a good reputation, so we can choose them as a place to play gambling.

Live with peace and enjoy life!
I don't seem to have seen anyone who complained here on cryptocurrency gambling platforms have their issue resolved. Most of the time I read in the complaints that they were not given the justice they wanted for what was done to them.
I guess you didn't check thoroughly then since many gambler complaints related to crypto gambling platforms were resolved after a certain amount of time in this forum.

Most of those resolved complaints were 100% legit and pertained to popular crypto gambling sites. The ones that don't get resolved are usually linked to scamming gamblers or scamming sites(1xbit).

If the casino site had ANN in this forum, I would visit it and complain about my case. I hope they will respond and wait a while because I know that their site has many users who may also have different cases to handle. If they don't respond in a few days, I may open a discussion with the other members and ask for their help solving my case. And if the evidence I provide can help me to get justice, I think the casino site will help solve it because I am not guilty of anything.
Well I believe everyone will always make complaint into the live support or the official announcement in this forum, but the thing is we're don't know if the representative will want to solve your case or not. Let's say you're a genuine gambler, you have full evidence to show you're not wrong and you're deserve to get your winnings, but what if the casino don't want to pay it? obviously you need a help of court or third party who're a gambling mediator that would force the scam casino to pay your winnings.

In this case I think if your casino or gambling platform is legit and if they are licensed then it has basis if there are no irregularities then you can contract with them. Generally, if the amount is small, it does not create any obstacle, but when it is large, it creates various obstacles. Before making a complaint you must check carefully whether you have any missed matches with various conditions. After informing them if everything is fine they will definitely let you know if there is a problem and the next step will depend on that.

Many people get nervous and when a casino blocks the account to conduct an investigation. They accuse the casino of being scammers. For me, if this happens, the first step is to talk to the casino, as you point out, f you have done nothing wrong and have nothing to hide, things will work out, especially if we are talking about a trusted casino like the many we see on the forum.

Generally, the customer takes legal action only when he has relevant information. Moreover, if the amount is less, many people avoid those things. I think if any legal or good site reflects any such problem then if you can share the matter with them they can take appropriate action. Top level has no chance of such fraud. If there is any missing, they try to solve it quickly. I think that solution can be found only by knocking for their concentration.
