Some of these have been voiced above, some not... also assuming t&c is not violated or dumb, e.g. max cashout $500 per day. These websites exist.

1. Make screenshots. Actually, make it a habit, when it comes to big wins

2. If funds are not paid - talk to support.

3. Be ready they will carry out KYC

4. It is normal for a casino to reach out to a gaming provider to see if there is nothing strange about the big win and might take a day or two

5. If after all above they start giving you nonsense stories, like requesting your marriage certificate or saying that they need your photo in 3723x1234 resolution, then it is a time to start worrying

6. Reach out to a mediator or even several. For example, Askgamblers

7. Reach out to a regulator. Curacao sometimes may seem useless, but they are not completely useless

8. Reach out to a game provider. Most have websites and contacts. If it is a shitty provider, look up all the game providers casino has on the website and mail all of them. Repeat every three days. state the facts and question why on earth they work with a scam provider

9. Prepare it will take time

Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?

Before you take legal action against the gambling company you must ensure that you have exhausted all the internal complaints channels. Use all the necessary channels to contact the company and ensure you keep their replies and chats for evidence. I am sure highly-rated gambling firms wouldn't want to lose their reputation because of your win because they're worth more than your win. That is why it is advisable to use gambling platforms that are well-known in this forum because this forum has a very good channel to accuse or complain about a gambling firm. You might also decide to carry out a social media war against the company.

Taking legal action against the firm would depend on the laws of your country and this would be justiceable only when this firm is registered in your country. It might be very difficult and expensive to pursue justice if the firm is registered in another country that is far from your location. You might also post in the legal section of the forum to seek more legal advice or consult a legal practitioner.

There isn't much to do when you are dealing with crypto gambling casinos.
Ofcourse you can raise a scam accusation on this forum and that will help many others.
If the site cares about their reputation then they might pay you but if not then they won't.
In this case you can go the legal way by hiring an advocate but that will involve an expense and won't guarantee that you will win.

The situation is of course sad if this happens, well, of course it is necessary to contact the support of the platform and negotiate with them, collecting all the invoice for further action. In case of refusal to pay for non-obvious reasons, you can file a complaint with the gambling regulator.

Assuming that you have not done anything against their ToS or violated their rules, one of the best things to do is to contact support and ask for more information regarding the matter at hand. Also, while waiting for their response, I suggest that you gather supporting evidence and proof about your account such as screenshots of what happened and how you are not able to withdraw your funds.

If in any case, they won't answer your question or have not provided any clear information, I suggest that you contact them here on the forum and expose your issue to the public. This way, you'll be able to get their attention as they'll be risking their reputation if they will not be able to answer and provide any clarification on your issue.

Basically the user has to analyze himself whether he really won fairly. If the casino finds something odd as you won,  they will look at the account thoroughly. If base on their information you did something irregular, its going to be an issue for them not to send you funds. You really have to look at yourself whether you have faults or it will just be costly for you to file lawsuit.

If you won fair and square I don't see any reason to hold your money but they may ask KYC first, I saw stake asked source of funds.

First step is to always contact support through live chat or email. This way they will have to justify the reason why the payment was denied. Right after, you can appeal to make them revert the decision and finally allow the withdrawal.

If they don't present a good reason to deny the payment or if they simple refuse to reply your message, you can bring all the collected evidences so far to this forum, creating a thread at the respective forum section (scam accusations).

You can also register a complain at local sites from your country where people post their reviews about companies they deal with. There is a very efficient one here in my country where every companies immediately reply and solve the issue when quoted by customers. There must be something like this for your country as well.

First, you have to make sure that you deserve the prize. There are cases when gambling platforms refuse to give the prize because it is won via a violation of their terms and conditions or in unfair ways. For example, you won the jackpot but it is found out that you are a resident of a blacklisted country. You might not receive your money in this case. Or if you've won the jackpot through a bet that is already beyond the maximum.

There are actually many possible reasons why a prize could be forfeited. Whether or not it is fair for the platform to allow the gambler to bet only to be told of his/her violation once he/she has won big, that's another story.

But if you're already certain that you truly deserve the prize or that you won it fair and square, then communicate with the platform's official channels. If they still won't pay up, then you could bring the case to a competent lawyer for possible legal proceedings against the site.

If the casino site had ANN in this forum, I would visit it and complain about my case. I hope they will respond and wait a while because I know that their site has many users who may also have different cases to handle. If they don't respond in a few days, I may open a discussion with the other members and ask for their help solving my case. And if the evidence I provide can help me to get justice, I think the casino site will help solve it because I am not guilty of anything.

If the casino you are dealing is not giving you a firm answer via CS, I’m sure that they ignore you too on there ANN thread until your post looks like a spam to them. Posting on reputation board is more appropriate to properly report a scam or mishandling cases like OP hypothetical scenario above. Reputable casino will answer the issue upfront and would never hold the player withdrawal unless there’s a malicious activity on his account. This issue will be resolved after undergoing KYC tho.

If it's really that big you can hire a lawyer to send a request on your behalf and send a request to their license issuer to disable their license, second, you can post your argument here in Bitcointalk, there are many instances that Bitcointalk has helped players that casinos refuse to play, but if they are known scammers you'll have a hard time getting your money, just make sure that you are clean that you have not cheated, and you abide on their rules.

Can't understand your language from your question, your intent and purpose, try to write more clearly, the meaning of your question.

My assumptions about your question.
• How to find out online gambling sites pay your money, if you win, obviously Reputation, that's what you ask for.....!

Consideration:
Currently, there are indeed many online gambling sites that use crypto-based payment methods, whether it's an old or new site, the problem is responsibility, being honest with users in paying winnings.

For that, my personal way of assessing a gambling site is honest and responsible, it cannot be separated from these two sources: How Do You Find the Best Online Casinos? & How to Find an Honest Online Casino to Play Slots in 2022?, I think wherever you ask about online gambling sites, I'm sure the answer is that too.

First of all - make screenshots from you account that proves your words. After that create post in the casino thread, without emotions, just facts. And try to attract attention of the users. If you have blog, twitter or other social media with a lot of subscribers - write their about all the situation. And write about all the changes.

Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?

this is mainly the problem of anonymity and a lawless market, casinos, casino owners in most cases are anonymous, so it's easier for the casino to commit abuses like blocking people's accounts without a valid reason or else it's easier to casino steal the person's money and disappear and there is nothing that the injured party will be able to do to recover the money, even when the case ends up in this forum the casino can claim that the customer broke the TOS and that's it the matter is closed, because it doesn't have another third party on the forum that can verify the evidence that the casino has to guarantee that the customer really broke the TOS and as they are anonymous the person has no way to file a complaint with the police, the government authority of curation that issues licenses doesn't even do anything in cases of scam

The major reason that casino will start to deny you the winning payment if you have won is if you have done a violation of the rules that they have.

we have seen many cases where the casino only claims that the winning customer cheated but never show evidence that the customer cheated, many casinos have used their TOS as weapons to not pay customers and block them, unfortunately the casinos that do this are not punished, there is a casino here on the forum that has been constantly using their TOS to freeze and block people's funds

The best thing you can do to yourself is to select a casino that it is not known for not paying out their users.
It is like giving your money to a bank that you are not aware if it is going to return them back or not.
Hopefully, we have bitcointalk and other forums that you can see reviews about casinos and other platforms and to be alerted where you invest your money.

If this is a high-rated website you're talking about then there's no reason why they will refuse you to pay, there must be a reason why they refuse, and the best action is to ask them if you committed a violation and if the violation is true then you can't do anything about it if not then it's better to make it public by opening a complaint here and if they have a representative here ask him to address the issue and let the public judge on who is right and if the casino has the right to refuse you, a reputable casino will always keep their promise.

-   Maybe the best thing to do is if you have evidence, like a screenshot crypto balance on the platform itself that you have and you won, I think

that's strong evidence that can be considered.

Or you can also create a topic here on this forum platform and ask for guidance from the long-time members here on this forum platform, with

the help of other members here you will be given guidelines in any case of such a situation.

A gambling website with a high rating will be concerned about reputation because that is how they have gotten to where they are, so they may have a good reason for deciding to make your withdrawal process difficult by refusing to pay. You have to be sure that you have not broken one of their terms and conditions that you agreed to, Create a discussion about it here first, so you hear from people who have been in same situations, before you can decide taking Legal actions against them.

The major reason that casino will start to deny you the winning payment if you have won is if you have done a violation of the rules that they have. If you are playing and you are losing but violation is going on to your account this may not be called out to you but except you have a winning against them and then they start to point that causing delay to your payment.  It is for you to check if you violated the rule they play on but if you are having no violation, you can do any of this:

1. To put a complain in the ANN of the casino.

2. You can use their social media to do your complain.

3. You can report here

If you find a gambling site that has a thread on this forum of course you can create a thread to make a bad review with accurate evidence so that people stay away from that gambling site, of course they will lose users if they play cheating, but if a gambling site that you mean never made a thread on this forum of course we can't discuss that too here with your complaint, make sure to play on a gambling site that is also active on this forum, as a case of my account being locked and loading posts to their thread quickly they opened my account again

A reputable casino will not do that. but if you get a big win and casino start checking your account. I think that's reasonable. in the case of multiple frauds such as the use of multiple accounts or the use of a VPN in the casino which is detected by the casino compliance system. Of course, this will result in your account and funds at the casino being suspended.

I often see such accusations on forums. on the forum, there are some of the leading casinos. it's just that some players don't want to read the casino rules before they deposit their money. this creates more and more cases of accusations for more casinos.
