Well, good thing is that you cannot remove ICO just like that. It is not like an employee you can hire and fire whenever you want.. You can make it better and safer but you cannot stop it just on your own .
Some greedy people can do anything for money even when it means defrauding others of their hard earned moneies through fake icos.
And some of these scam icos come well packed and covering all bases that it would take an extra invesgative effort to know the project is scam.

Topic is old but still relevant until now.Most of the project in ICO has no success with its price appreciation, and maybe we can only name less than hundred of thousands of project
that was undergone an ICO from the date of inception of this thread until now.

Agree, and that's why most of excited investors are participating IEO. It has less risk and the hype is great in there that gets completed in their softcap or hardcap in less than a day. All those projects that pops up everyday will always justify their need for money to speed up their development but investors can't guarantee that it will a successful or even have the quality to compete with other projects.

The scammers will come up with something or the other and run away with millions in a short period of time and there is nothing that can be done against this, there are a few good projects i have seen in this market so far and the rest are just replicas and scams, the projects who are sourcing the funds must be transparent on their plans and there must be an authority to over look the project status and make sure they are carrying out what they started out.But the scammers can look again with the opportunity with the new IEO.

I would like to give an example. Let's say you join 10 ico in a month if you are rich. Somewhat in harm. but if someone comes out scam when you join 2 or 3 iico. there is no other caren except praying.

I agree with your opinion. I think ICO should be closed and IEO should be supported more. ICO projects are now very bad and almost no longer create the attention of investors.
