now we have to be smart in choosing projects in bounties, nowadays there are a lot of scam bounty projects, we have to be able to choose good projects and have successful sales

For me I doubt that ICO will be remove in this forum, it is because most of the utility token who are planning to start here they usually used the form of ico for them to collect fund from their investors to fulfill what is written in their whitepaper itself accordingly. Then, always do make some research first about their team behind the project also how many fund they for the project as well.
I don't think the idea of completely destroying an ICO is a good one.

If you do follow up with the news, you will notice that not a lot of people fall for the scam. So I believe it is possible to distinguish a scam from the real ones. If others can do it then you should also do the same instead of complain about it. They should find a way to make it easy for people to detect scammers. And as for newbies, they shouldn’t just jump into anything they see without proper research, cause they are the ones who usually for the scam.

We can't trust the all ICO's because their a only few ones that are really legit projects just like the projects that I have been participated in the past few months and it is really hard to know that it is a scam project because of some sort of thing like their white papers and their website but still they got me and I just let them go and the lesson I learned to be more careful by now.

We just need to be more careful in investing our money to prevent from losing it in those scammers that really want to earn a big amount of money in just a quick click like in a email.
you can only blame but cannot sue the ico because there are no specific rules for ico who are scams. not all ico are scam and there must be something profitable and it also becomes our challenge and risk when we want to join in, if ico is a scam you might not have been lucky. before choosing an ICO project, you should read and research the content of the whitepaper first, you should see the timeline on the roadmap and see who the team is joining in the project. many are fooled by the ICO project for not being careful in choosing ICO. ICO projects do not need to be stopped, even with such a high level of fraud among them. All useless tokens will be thrown out by the market and they will die. Only promising and popular ones will remain on the market. ICO activities need to be regulated. Either try to regulate within this ecosystem, or there should be government regulation, where the rights of investors and bounty hunters will be protected, and the fraudulent ICO teams will forever escape from this type of activity.
Being not against the government regulations in general, I tend to think that we don't necessarily need them in every given place. What I'm not against of is fair regulations, but we all know that some governments are corrupt and thus it would be stupid to expect fair regulations from them. In most cases free market regulates itself much better than such governments can do, and how many fair governments are around is a big question.
