It's actually true there are many ICO in the year 2018 More of his ICO was not successful.in fact some ico already goes to scam.Now i refrain from ICO Investments of this year.and afterwards I think I'll be back again.
Projects nowadays are literally look the same, they have well edited whitepaper and website and stuff which makes it difficult to even differentiate it between those. Unless you are digging out their team and checking their legibility of each members, but for most of users they will fall into this kind of projects.
When people find it a way to make money more got into the development of ico. 2016, 2017 were the best years for ico's. Most of the ico's that came by that time period were worth and gained good investment. Now the scenario is different, we've got more ico's, but unable to pick which is good to get a better earning out of the cryptocurrency market. 
Though the scamming activities is too high and I myself has lose significant amounts in investing into some fake and scam projects I will not said it should be scrab because we still have some that has done well in the past and we should expect good projects in the future.

Exactly. Good looking stuff is not a guarantee of successful project. You have to scrutinize every single aspect of ICO to make a right decision.

Eliminate ICO is not the answer, making a regulation is more appropriate solution, some ICO got a good feature and can be potential in the future, 90% of the ICO can be scammed because there are no one supervise it, there are still so many people interested in ICO, because ico is actually a very profitable investment, just need more patience to make profit
you are right, what is needed now is only a regulation, there must be someone who regulates the ICO in the future. because I think ICO is a very profitable investment.

And many other projects that you know now. If there were no ICO, they probably would not have appeared now. The amount of fraud committed by a project makes us unable to trust a project anymore, now we are very difficult to distinguish which projects can really be trusted because at first glance everything looks the same.

Closing down all up and coming ICOs is no the best solution. There are very good projects emerging despite the tonnes of scam projects in the crypto world. I believe strict regulations of ICOs and strict KYC processes( applied to project managers) can help nip the scam projects in the bud.In addition to this they shovel just keep the other tokens which are already present in the CMC now so that we can focus on these tokens and people can actually put real value to them. I think indeed investment lately in the ICO world is not good and there are a lot of investors who have not been able to make a profit from the investments they made because of the influence of the fall in the price of bitcoin and also the effects of unsatisfactory project developments.

Well, the good news is that you can not "remove" ICO ,,, just like you cannot remove a cryptocurrency. This is why it is decentralized crowdfunding system.

Don't be pessimistic, actually most of developers build a project with good intentions but the market give them a lot of pressure, some of them can't bear it then they run, but there are also scammers who build projects to scam people we have to be careful with this type of developers, most of scam project only founded by 1-5 people so if you want to invest then you should consider about the numbers of team members that join in the project. I know we are tired of the story of failure of ICO's, Some of the failure are not intentional, it is easy to write whitepaper but implementing what is in the whitepaper is the bone of contention. Let us encourage genuine projects instead of being too fast to could it scam.
Some of this bounty CEOs hardly work hard enough to promote their project, all they do is try to make profits for themselves alone, so they only force the project to have a short term purpose, they do not look at the future or long term benefits, neither do they see any future in their project.Most projects fail due to the lacklustre attitude of the team.
I am agree, the problem with trust on the project is on developers team. Many project dont have solid team with one goal to make project success. Many project fail because developers team prefer take benefits for them not for investor
