Yes of course There's a lot of people are getting afraid in joining some new projects that are being launched these days. But still there are still people who aren't afraid to take the risk and trust the new projects with a little chance to get there success in investing to it if they just choose the right projects carefully to prevent from losing their invested money.

A lot of people now avoid participation in new projects, but this does not mean that they are doing the right thing. While someone prefers to stand aside and do nothing - another investor who has spent considerable time on a qualitative analysis of the project - takes this opportunity and has every chance of very good earnings.
Not all ICO projects are scams, you have to be more carefull in choosung the good project. If you experience failure once in ico project it does not mean that all projects will failed you instead you must be more smarter and try to study their project first before you join. Fake or scammed projects cannot detect easily thats why we need to be more wiser and hope those who trickster will think that there are people who gives their effort just to earn money.
Of course not all projects are scams. many projects or ICOs are successful and profitable. for example Ethereum itself. we know how the development of this coin. what you have to look for is a potential project that has high trust. look by their great team, a clear roadmap, and a large community user..
Most ICOS are scams which is a waste of time not just for the investors but as well as the bounty hunters. I think we really need a strict regulation about ICO because if not this would continue forever, well there are some security token offerings going around but still some are scams and we need to do strict due diligence before investing on any project whether it's ICO or STO.

Many project always get problem with trusting and many company always have faced scam project, every time we faced with many scam project with lower price after listing price and keep delay for listing at exchange market.

Yup, and the problem here as well is that projects of ICOs tend to fail, and now they will have big problems, one of that problem is knowing how to return the money invested in by many people, so now the problem is its either they take the money or return it, if they don't return the money then it's clear that its all going to be a scam, watch out for ICOs like this, though I can say that there are real ICOs out there that will stick to what they say, be picky and know what ICO to invest on.

Its true that many scam ICOs but we should not generate it as all ICOs. The problem with scam ICOs is there is no regulation about ICOs. If ICOs regulated by any authorities, i am believe it will reducing scam ICOs
By considering the situation that we have now, we can say that only a special projects may got attention or interest of investors. In general, I think that we must have an authority or at least an accreditator.

Trust issues will never fade away, and I think they shouldn't. No regulations can guarantee absolute safety, and thus it's better to be suspicious about any project you are going to invest in. Strong regulations can toss out some obvious scammers in the very beginning, but usually scammers evolve much faster than regulators, so risks are inevitable in any case.
