Totally new into this forum. I would like to know about some foods you advice which is really helpful to build good health.

All the vegetables, eggs. Make it a good diet and balance out everything. And avoid any snacks, sweets because all your progress made in a week or month can be gone in just one day with junk food.

Fruit, vegetable. Would suggest apple, since they are easy to eat and healthy on top of that. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".

Very useful nuts. I read that to get the necessary vitamins, you need to eat five nuts of any kind per day.
Fresh eggs are also very useful. You can have domestic chickens or at least quails.

Fruits, Juices, Yogurt, lemon, eggs, Milk try to eat almost veg. Also drink warm water, This good for health.

Eat vegetables dressed with olive oil, fish, fruits, nuts they all affect you in a good way.

Easily,Eat more mate and instant foods everyday. you will become fat in a short of time but of course it is not healthy for your body. You can try to eat more vegetables and rice then exercise and sleep more.

Taking in lot of fruits can be very helpful as fruits provide most of the micro nutrients that might not be found in our daily meals.

Foods that are good for fat are foods that contain lots of carbohydrates, if here is rice. yes, nasih made of rice!
