I've created a really strict healthy diet for the day:

Breakfast
Start your morning meal no later than 7:00-9:00 a.m. Everything that we eat for breakfast, goes exclusively to energy production. But, even so, there is a morning with the mind - complex carbohydrates (porridges) + proteins (fish, chicken-peas) + the correct fats (avocados, nuts, cheese, etc.).

Snack
Carbohydrates + proteins or carbohydrates + proteins + fiber (fresh vegetables)

Lunch

Carbohydrates + proteins (lean meat, excluding duck and pork) + fiber (fresh vegetables)

Snack

Fiber (vegetables) and / or proteins

Dinner

Here we must exclude any carbohydrates. Most importantly - the last meal should be 2-3 hours before bedtime.

I think eating more of vegetables and fruits will be good for fat people.

for burning fat you need to consume low calorie and low carb food which will be high in protein go for lean meat skim milk chicken fish and a lot of vegies avoid rice and try to consume whole wheat if you want to have rice have brown rice and switch from white bread to brown bread also consume eggs which are high in protien but do avoid the york as it has a lot of fat

if I think foods that contain fat and good for our consumption for everyday needs. such as mutton, beef and so forth .

Rice I think is a good source of fat though it is high on carbs but is good.

Eat more mate and instant foods everyday. I guaranty you will become fat in a short of time but of course it is not healthy for your body. You can try to eat more vegetables and rice then exercise and sleep more.

Anything with carbohydrates. More sugar, more fat food , etc.

I think I often eat bread, meat, and foods that have very much protein, can also eat-seafood and the most important is milk ,,
