I think that ice cream and chocolates are the best fats that i ever encounter hmm i think that when im eating chocolates I gain more fats.

Yeah I would have to agree. Rice is definitely not too good for you and you shouldn't consume much of it.

Try veggies maybe it can help you. Much of the healthy foods comes from plants that we eat and not from the animals.

I thinks these food is good for fat:
1. Peanuts: have the effect of lowering cholesterol. Eat a little bit of beans every day, you can cure cravings.
2. Seafood: Very rich in protein but low in fat, is very good for diet. Seafood also provides important iodine.
3. Tea: Very good for the second round and benefits the cardiovascular system thanks to high antioxidant content.
4. Soup: You should use soup before meals. This food contains plenty of water that makes you feel full and eat less.
5. Eggs: Eating an egg every day will give the body about 70 calories.
6. Fruit: This food has a lot of fiber so you will feel full.
