A lot of people saying vegetable oil is healthy which is completely false.  Vegetable oil is chemically extracted and is not natural at all and has a lot of polyunsaturatedfats

fruits just everyday are enough and then you eat vegetables. vegetable is helpful to build good health.

I would highly recommend drinking Japanese green tea. Not only does it have many antioxidants, but also blocks the absorption of fat. So it is healthy as well as a good weight loss supplement. It best to by the unrefined type for the most potency.

Talking about good food I would say that it would be good to avoid eating meat instead of it consuming seafood.
