I prefer mano as a good food for fat. Because mango can make your tummy better after eating heavy foods. In y experience if I ate a lot then I precede it with mango I go to bathroom and pull out the heavy foods that i have eaten.

Cheese, eggs, nuts, salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel, trout, avocado, olive oil, whole milk, full-fat yogurt, dark chocolate

Totally new into this forum. I would like to know about some foods you advice which is really helpful to build good health.

Eat only chicken and fish for protein. Eat less rice/bread. Tend more likely to eat vagetables and fruits.

The first step is to not drink any sugared drinks. Best to drink water or tea/coffee without sugar. When it comes to food, don't eat ready meals, they often contain lots of unhealthy stuff.

You can of course eat only the vegetables and fruits, but it will be inadequate food. Therefore, meat is needed in the diet, but not fatty growth. This meat rabbit, chicken, quail is very good fit.

You have the right recommendations. You need to eat real and natural food. The body should receive a sufficient amount of vitamins. Therefore rice is a good source of carbohydrates

Vegetarian food is food for people who require a temporary diet. Constantly only plant food can not eat. Fats of animal origin are needed for the body. You just need to eat right and do not eat much meat and fat.

Filipino love rice so many fililinos are fat . If you want to be fat you eat rice but remember rice the carbobydrates of this very high . So maintain /exact eat rice dont eat to much because it result to you bigger body . If you want build  body I think you need also meat , chicken it can helps to you to be strong and you can also try milk it gives you nutrients to build your body . Many food are recommended its your choice what do you think will help to you.

avocado juice every day will keep you healthy and fat
not accustomed to eating greasy foods, boiled or roasted is the best way especially when combined with milk proteins and periodic fitness will make you very fit and healthy.

For the good health and also for avoiding getting fat the best food is fruits and vegetables (but only the once with fibrous carbohydrates, like salad, tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot, cabbage... not the once with starchy carbohydrates like potato, cereals...). The food from animal source and starchy carbohydrates are also necessary for our body but those should be involved in much less amount.

If u wanna be fat have a lot of ghee cheese it will make u quite a bit fat .be lazy  it will make u fat .
Have a lot of wine daily with chicken will make u fat.

Since he asked for healthy food I asume he was not asking to get fat but to eat something that won't make him fatter. You should eat fish, especially fatty fish like catfish, salmon, trout, you need protein so you should eat meat, you need carbo a bit, you need fruits and vegetables. Always try to balance your meals so they contain at least protein, some unsaturated fats and some fruits or vegetables.

I think you are mistaken.
Vegetables do not belong to those carbohydrates that are deposited in the form of fat.
To get fat you need to eat fast carbohydrates: sugar, white bread, candy

If you want to muscle builder which support strength prefer protein rich foods like meats and Carbohydrates like rice for energy. Actually it's not fat that makes you healthy on larger basis thus it affects you the other way and will be detrimental to you as you ages. Being in a good health is to eat in moderation and have a balanced diet. Well it's cliche that I suggest fruits and vegetable but still they were good for the body.
