The question of course interesting, but if there is anything that falls under the arm in large quantities, the fatty deposits are guaranteed. Of course, if fully protect yourself from fatty foods that you can achieve a result that's just on health will be affected negatively.

More protein, less carbohydrates, calculate total calories you eat per day and lessen that number by 100 every week or so
And do some cardio, ofc

Fast food, i think so.. it contains a lot of calories. So if you it too much fast food without doing any exercise in a period of time, i believe that you will be very fat.

i think avocado is really good food for fat, though not everyone like it's taste, and in some countries it is pretty expensive as it don't grow everywhere, but it is a good food

normally one of the best diet you can follow it's mediterranean diet ... so eat "all" with the good proportion:

Yeah, carbohydrate is good for the body - they give you energy. Butter, margarine and saturated oil is what makes the body malfunction sometimes.

The only people that really need to moderate their carbohydrate intakes are the diabetic and the overweight.

These products also have a useful function in the human body. Here, for example, rice is the main constituent of the diet of all people living in Asia. And about their health and the lack of fat and can not resemble.

For me, vegetables and fruits are the foods good for the health.
Milk, eggs, fish, fresh vegetables are good.

Steamed vegetables, Fish curry But not Meat they have fat, Ignore the quick foods, Ignore the foods like hot dogs, Rice is good But Don't it much. Eat Vegetables and do some exercise under the guidance of  physical advisor Wink Wink

Since OP wants to fatten up, I presume he's underweight, trying to gain some healthy fat.

Please note that fried foods (chicken, chips etc.) give unhealthy fat, the kind that blocks the blood vessels and hinders blood flow.

Fish, olive oil and canola oil are good sources of healthy fat and if a balanced diet is eaten in addition to that, some weight will be gained in no time Grin

Avoid high protein and high carbohydrate foods like rice, bread and wheat ir corn products. Better eat some vegetables and fruits which are very good source of fiber which can help eliminate fats. Regular exercise also is a big help for you. Do it regularly and eat balance. Regulate your eating specially dinner

But i like bread and rice >.< i regulary exercise though; is it still bad for me to keep eating these things? I can't see myself eating just fruits and vegetables all the time. I love those small snacks in between lunch breaks.

Fruits and vegetables as well as lean meats and of course fish. This is for a healthy diet.
