Just change your mindset. Forcing yourself to eat a magic diet is not going to do much. Just have to exercise more and eat less junk, and have that be part of your natural routine.

Now there is very little healthy food. Yes, you can only eat carbohydrate-rich foods, but you need vitamins and proteins. Ie if something is removed from the diet it must be replaced with something. And for ordinary people it is difficult to eat according to the principle of eating according to schedule and products by appointment.

Here are some energy-dense foods that are perfect for gaining weight:

Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, etc.
Dried fruit: Raisins, dates, prunes and others.
High-fat dairy: Whole milk, full-fat yogurt, cheese, cream.
Fats and Oils: Extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil.
Grains: Whole grains like oats and brown rice.
Meat: Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, etc. Choose fattier cuts.
Tubers: Potatoes, sweet potatoes and yams.
Dark chocolate, avocados, peanut butter, coconut milk, granola, trail mixes.

Eat like sumo wrestlers they eat 20,000 calories, which is pretty astounding when you consider that the recommended daily intake for a healthy, active male is 2,500. They eat 10 times what a normal male eats and all of it’s done in two massive 10,000-calorie meals. The stew is full of fresh veggies, tofu, fish and either pork, chicken or beef.

Dont make yourself being fat, cause you can only work for a limited time. And youre prone to different disease if your fat. Love your body.

If you want to lose weight (generally), include some natural, unrefined, fatty foods in your diet. Eliminating unrefined fatty foods from your diet generally makes you fatter, provided you continue to eat, that is.

Im not a pro or expert, but for fruits and vegetables are still one of the best foods for fat.
