Avocado is good fats and also nuts are good fats. Alternatively you can use omega 3-6-9 oils for good fats. They are good for your brain, heart, and health in general.

Are you trying to loose weight or trying to get fat. If you are trying to loose weight then there are tons of different way to reduce weight. exercise and proper diet.
yeah it is too vague question from the OP, but if he/she is talking about loosing some weight i agree it is better to go exercise aside from making you physically healthy it is the best way to burn fats but if he/she is talking about gaining weight i prefer eating oily fish and meat because it is rich in protein and fats.

Always eat fruit and vegetables, this is really important. Especiallt green leafy vegetables. If you really want to be healthy eat that and you also eat bread. Rice is not bad, you can eat rice as well but if you want to have a sexy body bread will do. I am not sexy but before yes.  Grin Before I know how to manage the food I eat, but now I cannot control myself from easting delicous foods.

I think the best foods for those who are fat are fruits and vegetables because it will make them healthy for it is full of vitamins and minerals. They should avoid oily foods.

All the vegetables, eggs. Make it a good diet and balance out everything. And avoid any snacks, sweets because all your progress made in a week or month can be gone in just one day with junk food.

Try high fiber and high protein diet. Less on carbohydrates and more on protein to build your muscles. Given the fact that you are exercising and keeping a balance diet not just a spur of the moment.  A high fiber and protein diet plus an active lifestyle is my advice to you.
