Meat,bacon,eggs,yogurt,items made with ghee,cheese etc..
By eating these you can become fat and chubby..

Balanced nutriemts hmm... your question is kind of general.. i mean there is a lot of good food out there that is good..

1.Carbohydrates
Rice
Bread

2.Protein
Fish
Chicken
Meat
Nuts

3. Minerals and fibers
vegetables like spinach, celery and many more
fruits

4.Fats
Oil
Cake

You should ask a dietitian for the best food for you and you will get the answer as different people requires different amount of food

Anything without sugar is good. Just cut the sugar from your diet and you are good to go my friend.

rice, cheese, milk, eggs, olive oil, and bad am Kaju and dark chocolates and fruits .

it is more nutrient food material. every day we have to take some amount of quality food.

and especially oil free food we have to prefer for health.

Any food is good
If you are fat and happy of it so just eat what you like
A lot fat people which going to the gym looking beautiful

If you want loose weight just eat less fat food
Go to the gym but you need eat a lot
But you need loose more calories than receiving

Avocados it is cholesterol free fruit. and Cheese is incredibly nutritious.it is a source of Calcium.

 dDrk Chocolate is one of those rare health food that taste incredible.nuts are high in  healthy,

 fats and fiber.Almonds can prevent cancer,heart disease.Slmon Fish excellent source of vitamin A . these all are good for fat.

Rice, ghee, avocado, meat,cheese, eggs, nuts, salmon, tuna which can make u fat faster.
sardines, mackerel, trout, avocado, olive oil, whole milk, full-fat yogurt, dark chocolate, butter and  Lays low-sodium potato chips. 
simply just eat well and just take a nap .That's it u can grow fat in your body.

Hmm there is a variety of different foods that you can eat if want to be healthy.You can choose among (rice,fish,fresh fruits,honey,milk,chicken,meat,oats,eggs,whole grain bread,salads,yogurtetc.).Be careful their have to be cooked properly (in the oven,the grill,or boiled) otherwise they will loose their vitamins and be thickening.

Good day sir , There are so many foods that will help you to have and achieve a good health and healthy body. I suggest you to eat some vegetables and fruits,it will help you a lot . Avoid eating junk foods. And also if you want to have a good health you also need to have an excercise routine .

Having a good health is a matter of things you should consume and those things that you should avoid. Everything in excess is detrimental to our health. Well having a good health is really much like having a cancer, though really different thing. The common factor is, it is multi factorial. It depends on the genes and multiple other things. If we know our history we could avoid those that would lead us to that disease. In short there is no way to be heathy, there is just a way on how to prevent unhealthiness.
Eat a balance diet most specially when you re already 30 years of age and above. Exercise is good and a monitoring or a check up will also help.
