If you meant reducing fats, then drink plenty of yogurts after meal as well as eating foods high in omega 3 fats!

Avocados. One medium avocado has approximately 23 grams of fat, but it is primarily monounsaturated fat.
Walnuts.
Plus other nuts, like almonds and pistachios.
Nut and seed butters.
Olives. ...
Olive oil. ...
Ground flaxseed.
Salmon.

eat all of these  to make  you feel better.

If you want to live healthy, actually not only from the type of food, but diet and lifestyle should also be good. For example me, I only eat simple rice and side dishes such as tofu, sambal and vegetables, but I like to exercise and eat 3 times a day without dinner.

Food that is balance. You should have fruits, vegetables and also meat. Don't go for fatty or oily foods it will hinder proper blood circulation. Salty and sweet foods will possibly lead to urinary tract infections.
