I'm surprised no one mentioned beer. If you want to get fat drink beer. It works great.

Also eat out alot, fried chicken, french fries and burgers lol. .Someone mentioned McDonald's but after I eat that I shit out all my fat and some of my intestines too. That stuff is potent laxative man.

as far as i know...the yellow portion of the egg is good for gaining fat.....though i didn't got much benefit from it but still i find people saying so maybe you should try it ...it might work on you

you want to gain wight or loose it? if loos then ditch the sugars and even carbs...bread, rice and so on...take it off your menu... sodas are a no no anyway...

to gain weight... eat a lot but not sugar crap too much.

Avocado good source of fat also healthy Smiley

Rice -but be careful it has many sugar (but good if you want to be fat)

Beef-Good source also

Try eating a lot of this in a month you will see it:)

In terms of high calorie nutrient dense foods I would recommend the following:

avocado, nuts, seeds, nut butter, potatoes, sweet potatoes, brown rice, legumes, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread/tortilla/cracker, a lot of meat such as beef, pork,dark chicken/turkey meat, fatty fish such as salmon, organs such as liver, etc.

Whole fat dairy products are also great for calorie and nutrients such as full fat yogurt, cottage cheese, whole fat milk, etc.

For fat I suggest you a nice greasy pizza with double mozzarella,anchovys,caramelized onion ,pepperonni, bacon and ground beef, and of course a diet coke.

I tried this diet plan called "The Military Diet" once and it showed some promising results.
I lost like 8 pounds in a week.

You can google it and take a quick look.

If you have some extra fat, this diet should be pretty helpful.
It has all sorts of food, all of which complement each other.
