Guys,

Totally new into this forum. I would like to know about some foods you advice which is really helpful to build good health.

i just search on google about some foods who have high colesterol,and i found that egg yolk is the highest collesterol in miligram,its have more than 2000mg colesterol in 6 egg yolk. so i just suggest you to avoid egg yolk,and eat some breat wheat or red rice for your main food.

Avoid non veg try eat only veg in veg avoid potatos and Drink water lot and try to run atleast 30min in day.

If you're talking about good foods to lose fat just cut down on fatty meats and sugary drinks/products and exercise more. When snacking eat fruit and drink plenty of water which fills you up. You could also go vegan. Let's be honest you never see any fat vegans.

Fruit, vegetables, rice, lean meat.  For supplements the basics include fish oil, multivitamin, and protein supplements.

fast food is very helpful for fat, otherwise eat chips and rice etc...

Avoid Rice items, potato, Non veg specially chicken and mutton, junk food like burgers, oily items.Try to eat different types of fruits and green vegetables and most impornt run atlst 2km daily.

I think natural food as much as possible. And especially vegetables + various natural juices from them. This is the best advice, which I know.  Wink

Rice. Cheesy we, Filipinos are one of the major consumer of rice and it can relieve your hunger can balance your diet if you properly consumed it with other foods. The alternative we have for rice is smashed corn. Cheesy

i think u don't know that rice is not suitable if you want smart. if u eating rice daily you will be increased your wait.  otherwise vegetables are good for health.

I eat rice every day because i'm chinese (its my duty to fulfill the stereotypes) and its a good idea. Just dont eat too much because rice has a lot of cholesterol. Everybody in my family seems to eat a lot, but I dont really like it. It's good for your health though so I just eat it.
I eat rice too and yeah its high in cholesterol.
So i prefer rice for fat.

 Plant cells have little to no need for cholesterol and they produce next to none.  Oil extraction from plants will concentrate the cholesterol but even then, you would need to eat a kilogram of palm oil to get 20 milligrams of cholesterol.  In contrast, you would only need to eat one 50g boiled egg to get ~190 mg.  On average, the human body synthesizes about 3 grams of cholesterol per day.

 Rice contains essentially zero cholesterol per kilogram.  Where did you hear that rice is high in cholesterol?  It's simply untrue.

  

Maybe he always eat fried rice cooked in highly saturated fat that contains huge amount of cholesterol.
Eating oily spicy foods, rice, butter will make you fat.
