Rice. Cheesy we, Filipinos are one of the major consumer of rice and it can relieve your hunger can balance your diet if you properly consumed it with other foods. The alternative we have for rice is smashed corn. Cheesy

I eat rice with every meal. It's a bodybuilder's staple for carbs. It's also very good to eat with almost anything.

The best fats to integrate into your diet would be via coconut oil and fish oil supplements.

How much avocadoes are you eating at Month?

I eat 5 avocados per week.

I also agree with the suggested oily fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel, and trout. They are healthy as well.

cheese,butter, nuts , all fry items can increase your weight. why would you want to increase your fat intake. try to have healthy food and be healthy

Cheese, eggs, nuts, salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel, trout, avocado, olive oil, whole milk, full-fat yogurt, dark chocolate, butter and  Lays low-sodium potato chips.  Also, bacon is a must.
