Guys,

Totally new into this forum. I would like to know about some foods you advice which is really helpful to build good health.

Stop eating fats from animals, eat lots of vegetables.
Stay away from fast food, make meals from fresh raw materials.

This dude is asking how to be fat.

 Maybe he wants to be big and tough like the minister of defence, Reggie White.  That way he can play American football and make lots of money.  OP not only wants to be fatter but I think he wants to be a billionaire as well.  Good luck with the football career MascharonoM!

I don't really understand why do you want to be fat? This can danger your health and shorten your life. But I can understand if you just want to put on weight and build muscels.

Rice. Cheesy we, Filipinos are one of the major consumer of rice and it can relieve your hunger can balance your diet if you properly consumed it with other foods. The alternative we have for rice is smashed corn. Cheesy

BD is also a great source for delivering rice. Do you know that?

Im confused, are you trying to gain weight and become fat or just gain mass? fat would be fried food or fast food. mass would be foods rich in protein such as red meat and chicken.

for now you should avoid sugar or any foods with sugar or if you can't avoid it just be moderate with it and also do some exercise.

Milk, eggs, fish, fresh vegetables are good for health... combine it with exercise and yoga for better health...

Eat fresh vegies and fruits. Stay away from sugar and white flour. Eat raw nuts (chestnut, hazelnut, peanut, etc.).

And more important than all of these; eat olive oil as much as you can...
